The location is perfect.
The reception and management staff are pleasant people.
Their food is nice.
The light in the room was very weak and uncomfortable.
The wifi signal in the room was very weak, which can be solved by adding a router on the wall between rooms 204 and 205
No room service. We stayed for 1 week. On the 5th day we had to ask them to change the bedsheets and the towels. The cleaning lady did it but with a grumpy face.
Water pressure is very low which makes it a struggle for people with long hair to clean off the sand.
No floor wiper in the bathroom. We were not able to clean the sand remains.
Broken shower stand. You can't hang the shower handle on the wall.
The parking next to the hotel costs 5GEL per day, not 3 GEL as mentioned on their page. However, other further parkings do cost 3GEL per day.
great location
An incomprehensible man charged money for parking the car. Water was leaking in the bathroom next floor bathroom my laundry got wet at night. The handle of the door of the room was broken, it was always open

Perfect location at the beach! Cant ask for more. Friendly owner who made everything possible. Also in the low season.
Very nice place. Extremely close to the beach (which is a very good advantage). Also this hotel has a unique quality in Ureki: it has the only restaurant in Ureki where you can eat supper without the loud and disturbing disco music that people are forced to suffer in every other reataurant in Ureki. Please continue. People like to enjoy a calm meal in the evening. An advice to all tourists: even if you are not staying at the hotel, I recommend you come to its restaurant to enjoy a peaceful meal.
I liked everything about this very nice Hotel. Firstly, the location is excellent, just a few steps away from the sea. Secondly, all staff are very polite and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with a refrigerator, TV, and air conditioner. There are several restaurants, cafes, and markets around. Also, the Hotel serves delicious meals and beverages at a reasonable price. Strongly recommended!!!

Great localisation just by the sea, very helpful and friendly Owners - we were invited to their restaurant for cafe. Room clean and tidy. At night we had beautiful view to the sea.
cold water - but we were in April and the only guests in the hotel so it wasn't a big problem
