Pros:

Bel appartement, bien placé, calme.
Merci au propriétaire de nous avoir laisser l appart jusqu'au départ de notre avion

Cons:

Fuite d eau lavabo.Pas de wifi. Frigo en panne.Belle terrasse mais non entretenue. Serrure porte fenêtre dans une chambre cassé.

Great value for money, modern and friendly host. Definitely recommend it for a city break!
Pros:

I liked that it was so close to the Tophane tram station and it was easy to get to different tourist attractions from there.

Cons:

From my point of view, the cleaning could definitely be improved, other than that I have no other negative things to say. The host was amazing and friendly, helped me out and answered almost instantly to different queries that I had.

Просторная,комфортная,чистая квартира,есть все необходимое,все в пешей доступности,есть магазин который находится на 1 этаже,что очень удобно

Cons:

В целом все хорошо,но были перебои с интернетом,что причинило некоторые неудобства!

Very disappointing. The furniture was old and partly broken, and the apartment's overall condition showed clear signs of poor maintenance and cheap repairs. The bathrooms were also in bad shape — mould on the walls and a leaking shower. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly during my entire stay, which was very inconvenient, the staff didn’t seem to care or offer any real help. This place is absolutely not worth staying again.

Très mauvaise expérience
Cons:

La porte d’entrée au bâtiment ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons attendu 45 minutes pour réussir à rentrer. Nous avons louer un appartement et le propriétaire nous a mis à disposition un autre. Finalement booking a annulé notre réservation et nous avons pu loger ailleurs. Le propriétaire n’est pas très honnête !!!

einen super Wohnung für eine Kurztrip, ausgezeichnet gelegen um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden.
Pros:

Check-in war sehr unkompliziert, Top Lage - man kann viel zu Fuss erreichen, Balkon ist richtig gross, alles sehr sauber und gemütlich

Cons:

Klimaanlage im 2. Schlafzimmer wäre ein nice to have - das wird wahrscheinlich im Sommer richtig heiss dort

Un super appartement bien placé à Istanbul
Pros:

Très bien placé, avec une supérette juste en bas et beaucoup de restaurants et café à proximité.
Le logement est spacieux, nous étions 2 avec chacune une chambre et salle de bain, un grand séjour, une cuisine équipée et une terrasse agréable.
La communication a été très rapide avec notre hôte.
J’y retournerai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage à Istanbul !
