slow check-in, non attentive staff, waiting for elevator.
Also, the coffee pot was not clean and the cups provided are for cold, not for hot, beverages

Also, there was a siren/ alarm outside of the hotel for the whole night. Many customers complained in the morning. Staff disregarded/ ignored. Location is so so.

Pros:

I would love to stay at least another night. It's very confortable and nice quiet rest for sleep.
Food is excellent and staff always greeting me with a smile and show excellence in customer service.

Cons:

The T.V. could be updated. The one in my room the speakers the sound doesn't come out too clear so it's hard to hear the news or movies

Buena estadía en Panamá
Pros:

El desayuno está muy bien! El hotel está muy limpio, muy amables en general todos los trabajadores! Muy buena relación precio/calidad, y la pileta es un plus, cuando fuimos hacía muuucho calor y humedad.

Cons:

EL barrio de noche no es un poco oscuro, linda la vista de los edificios pero le falta vida nocturna a esa zona, muy en la parte financiera.
