The hotel was centrally located near the Iglesia del Carmen Metro Station.
The facility was clean, the staff was attentive and cordial. Carlos at the front desk went above and beyond in assisting us with our needs and requests.
Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of variety and different choices every day.
The pool and gym areas were also clean, well maintained and with plenty of towels for guests.

De dois elevadores só um funcionava, então subir e descer sempre demora muito. O café da manhã era ruim, tudo sem gosto e feio. Por fim, a internet não funcionava porque toda hora o modem caia (talvez pela energia que baixava). Saí antes de terminar a minha reserva e fui a outro hotel
