Female Resceptionst is very rude , full of Attitude , arrogant and senseless

To get t hotel& locations is a big task , very narrow lanes to get ur car in to park , as u enter u get and senseless female Resceptionst who rather then welcoming you will interrogate you first 😂😂

Not worth simple is that adn cab costing id to much high

Not worth for money. Only good thing is that it is near Mahalaxmi temple and Kolhapur station

Cons:

The staff was polite and cooperative during my stay. However, I stayed for three consecutive days and not once did any staff member ask if room cleaning was required. Additionally, at the time of check-in, no one explained how to use the room facilities or accessories, which should be part of the staff’s responsibility to ensure a comfortable guest experience.

Another concern is regarding the additional ₹2,200 charged for Balu Mama Darshan. The hotel had clearly mentioned in their cab services that transportation would be provided for Balu Mama Darshan located in Metake. However, the driver only took us to a different Balu Mama Mandir, which was not the correct location.

When I requested that the driver take us to Metake the next day, he did so but charged an extra ₹2,200, which is unreasonably high, considering that I had already paid ₹7500 for the one-day darshan package. This does not seem fair to customers and needs to be addressed.

Pros:

Location is nearby temple.

Cons:

Rooms are very small. No furniture inside room, bed quality not good, no restaurant, no breakfast, no room service. Hotel staff sleeping till 8 am in the morning locking reception area, no hotel staff available in hotel till 8 am. Lift is too small. Checkout time is horrible I.e 10 am in the morning. Not so clean.
