Pros:

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, tutte dotate di condizionatore nuovo e di veranda con ventilatore in cui si può stendere.

Cons:

Da Booking risulta che la colazione sia disponibile in struttura con un ulteriore pagamento, in realtà una volta arrivati ci è stato detto che questa in struttura non era disponibile ma che ci si poteva recare a partire dalle 8 am nella struttura adiacente non convenzionata (8 am orario tardivo visto l’orario di partenza delle escursioni sull’isola)
L’organizzazione delle escursioni è risultata difficoltosa in quanto le informazioni venivano comunicate in modo frammentario (es. i prezzi totali cambiavano in itinere e le informazioni non risultavano sempre precise/corrette - abbiamo prenotato un’escursione sull’isola di Pamilacan con partenza nella tarda mattina con l’assicurazione di poter vedere i delfini tutto il giorno e una volta arrivati sulla barca ci è stato detto che li si poteva vedere solo la mattina molto presto). A volte si ha l’impressione che cerchino di venderti dei servizi non necessari.

Pros:

L’hôtel est propre, très bien entretenu. Le personnel est disponible et agréable. La piscine est top. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. L’emplacement est idéale si vous voulez être proche de tout sans être au cœur de l’agitation touristique.

Cons:

Les petits déjeuners n’étaient pas disponibles.

Kind staff, but room conditions caused allergies and made the stay disappointing.

The staff were polite and made an effort to assist, which was appreciated despite the overall issues experienced.

Cons:

The room was not in a suitable condition for a comfortable stay, and I experienced allergy-related symptoms during my time there, likely due to the environment (air quality, cleanliness, humidity in the room).
I raised this issue and attempted to find a reasonable solution, including adjusting the stay, but the situation was not adequately resolved. This made the experience quite uncomfortable and disappointing, while moving out. The lack of coordination and flexibility from both the property and the Booking.com platform was also frustrating. As a frequent traveler who has stayed in hundreds of accommodations, I rarely encounter such issues, and it was especially disappointing that the situation could not be fully resolved.

I left after 1 night
Pros:

Start with the positive. Kim is great 👍 positive and communicates from the start. She arranged the airport pickup and even came with the driver at 22.20 at night to help me. The pool is exactly as per the photo.

Cons:

Unfortunately the property is not on mains cold (clean) water, which I only found out after cleaning my teeth. Also appears that the water was not fantastic, as 1hr later I was sick and ill.
The room was a bit like myself, 'old, tired and in need of some TLC'.
No breakfast at the hotel, so you go next door.
If you want tea at the sitting area, bring the cup from the room or your own.
Not my idea of a 'hotel'
I left after 1 night.

Bardzo mili i pomocni pracownicy, szybkie WiFi, przestronne pokoje

Cons:

Pokoje trochę wymagają odnowienia, hotel jest przy farmie z kurami więc pianie kogutów rano zagwarantowane + dojazd troszkę przez znoszoną drogę, po deszczu bardzo duże błoto
