It's in a good location.
Poor WiFi
No toilet paper or towels.
Staff charged me incorrect price.
Quite and close to the markets
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Guter Service.
Sehr schade!
Staff was very helpful.
As i am pure Veg. there were very few things available which was also placed just besides the meat and other non veg items. It's too discomforting. The day before check out they put doormat at bathroom at my last day of stay. There were pests also in the room like small cockroaches.
The breakfast was superb and the kitchen staff were very welcome and explained there dishes. The reception staff were very welcome and very helpful, the night shift lady on the 25th of July and the mrning shift lady were superb, all my request were attended to promptly and they even assisted me in settling.
I liked everything
PLACE
NOTHING
The pictures look much nicer than the reality! The facilities probably used to be fancy back in the days. It's all a bit used up. My room smelled mouldy, so I had to change the room for the second night. But the smell was all over the hallway, and the mould seemed to have been simply painted over... There was hot water in the shower, but it was either burning hot or cold... The location was good, but there were no opportunities for food nearby. They are very strict on not taking food or drinks from outside to the rooms, so ordering food is also not possible. The breakfast was ok, good heavy options as most Tanzanian like it, but not many options for people looking for a continental breakfast. I would not stay there again.
The stuff was so welcoming
When you call for help they are always here no matter what time in not more than 3-5mnts
Nothing at all
"I lost my wallet with $2,000 cash near my room. The head housekeeper found it, but when I asked about it, she suggested it might be under my bed. I was skeptical since I remembered dropping it outside. She then suggested we search the room together. When we entered, she went straight to the edge of the bed, lifted the mattress, and produced the wallet. However, upon checking, I discovered $600 was missing. It appears she may have taken the opportunity to steal the money while handling the wallet."
It was noisy early mornings and late nights.
Breakfast variety.
Very nice
