Perfekte Lage und traumhaftes Studio!!
Pros:

Lage ist perfekt! Wir brauchen nur 3min zum Meer und man ist wirklich direkt mittendrin. Wir hatten das Studio mit Gartenblick und haben somit nichts von der Straße gehört! Am Morgen kann man dann Affen von der Küche besichtigen das war toll! Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt ohne Nachfrage und Wäsche konnten wir auch für 5€ komplett machen lassen. Es war wirklich die perfekte Unterkunft und in unserer bisherigen Reise war das die beste Lage 😍 Wer einen Pool möchte dem empfehlen wir den La Playa Club direkt am Meer dort gibt es einen Pool :) Zufuß braucht man da 3min hin.
In der Nebensaison (August) ist der Hiriketyia Beach der beste Ort im Süden!!

Cons:

Da es das Dachgeschoss war musste die Klima 24/7 laufen da es sonst sehr heiß wird. Klima hat aber immer funktioniert!
Ansonsten war alles super!

מקום יפה ממש ומעוצב מגניב. שונה מרוב המקומות שהיינו בהם. הצוות נחמד ומזמין. חוץ מארון החדר היה מאובזר מעולה. יש מטבח מאובזר ואחלה מקומות לשבת בהם בגינה בחוץ

Cons:

הזרם במקלחת היה חלש, והמים החמים עבדו בגלים. הברז של המקלחת טפטף כל הלילה ולא הצלחנו לסגור אותו. מניח שבעיה נקודתית כי באמת מקום שווה

Comfortable attractive accomodation in the perfect location for Hiriketiya beach.
Pros:

The accomodation had a great vibe and was a perfect location for accessing the beach, restaurants, shops and cafes.

Cons:

The only disadvantage was the bathroom floor tended to stay wet because of the placement of the shower between the basin and toilet but this was by far outweighed with all the positives.

Lovely for a few days
Pros:

Wonderful staff, great location, cute little place depending on the room that one gets. Private balcony was a really plus for room 6. Common area with couch is a winner.

Cons:

Requires attention in terms of facilities. Hot water in the shower was a trickle, frequent power outages, construction work around is noisy. Bathroom door couldn’t be locked from the inside (room 6).

Pros:

Alles ziet er prachtig uit, er is een heerlijke buitenruimte en keuken waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Locatie is ook top, supercentraal en toch rustig.

Pros:

Look no further! Perfect little gem in Hiriketiya, best place I've stayed at in my 2 months in Sri Lanka. Very clean and well decorated, nice spots for a work session with great wifi as well, and nice social common areas. I was in the room on the ground floor which some people say is a bit noisy. I thought it was actually very quiet - except for maybe the noise from reception in the morning, but not too early.

Cons:

Maybe some more shelves in the room would be good.

Perfect accommodation for Hiriketiya
Pros:

Great location. Staff were super helpful and always on hand. My room was cleaned spotless daily and all the facilities were in working order. There is a shared kitchen space for tea and coffee in the building.

Cons:

I had the ground floor room at the front of the property which was directly behind reception and the room door looked straight onto to the shared facilities. I felt like I didn’t have a lot of privacy coming and going from my room.

Everything was beautifully designed and decorated down to the smallest detail. The place was absolutely lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, comfortable, and charming. It's right in the center of the village. Everything was fantastic.
