I recently stayed at a lovely swan boutique hotel near the city center of Baku, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is very central—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and the boulevard—yet the hotel itself is in a surprisingly quiet area, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with a very comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep. Housekeeping provided everyday cleaning and refreshed all room amenities daily, which I really appreciated. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed .Their hospitality definitely elevated the experience.
Overall, this boutique hotel combines comfort, convenience, and great service in one of the best locations in Baku. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, central, and well-managed place to stay.

The hotel manager-Ulviyya was super freindly and helpful. Check in and check out procedures were efficient. Breakfast was very good.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. The bed is comfortable. The water is hot, and the heating system works well.

We stayed at this boutique hotel in the city center for a night,and it turned out to be a really good choice for our family. The location is perfect ,we were able to walk almost everywhere.
The atmosphere in the hotel is warm and cozy, not too fancy or pretentious. It feels welcoming as soon as you walk in. The staff were friendly and helped us with a few small things.
Breakfast was surprisingly good. There wasn’t a buffet, but everything they had was fresh and tasty warm pastries, eggs, coffee and etc.It was also nice that the breakfast area never felt crowded or noisy.
Our room worked well for us. The mattresses were really comfortable, and the bed sheets felt clean and soft,we all slept very well, which doesn’t always happen when traveling with kids. The room wasn’t huge, but it was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed.
Overall, this hotel was a great base for exploring the city. It’s comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the small details, like the good breakfast and comfy beds made our stay enjoyable. We’d definitely consider staying here again as a family.

Beautiful hotel near the old town. Very nice rooms and bathroom. We really liked the place. Reception was excellent
