Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Well equipped room. Huge bathroom. Fab location.
No spa.
The staff assisted with the change of the room as the bathroom door was faulty and we didn't feel comfortable in the room that was assigned to us. The staff were attentive and responsive when a family member required medical assistance. We truly appreciated the prompt support provided during the early hours of 2 July, as their care and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
The staff also assisted with fixing the main room light, didn't face any issue after which.
The chia seed pudding served on our first morning at breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It would have been even better if it had been available on the following mornings as well. It would be great if the noodles at the noodle soup station are cooked longer.
Overall, we are happy with the stay and the staffs are attentive.
The bathroom cleanliness can be improved, as I noticed some spots on the toilet floor were not cleaned properly.

Zimmer 832 war leider immer ein bisschen Straßenlärm zu hören in der Nacht wodurch ich das ein oder andere Mal aufgewacht bin aber mich persönlich hat es nicht wirklich gestört.

Room was amazing . Spacious comfortable beds. House keeping did a great job in keeping our room clean. Reception staff were extremely friendly and warm.
The breakfast was limited compared to other 4 and 5-star hotels. There was a slight smell on our floor, which smelled like old and dated carpets.
I like the fact that provided shuttle service to the BTS/Mall area since the location was a bit far from the area.
