Loud music, noisy drunks, noisy traffic and howling stray dogs. Usually all at the same time. With a bit of luck you might get a few hours sleep between 5 and 9 am.

Una muy buena ubicación prácticamente en la calle Santander de panajachel también a pesar de estar cerca de lugares de ocio si se podía dormir perfectamente después de medianoche el desayuno estuvo fabuloso y muy puntual también variado el personal fue muy amable y colaborador
sí le rebajé un puntito al hotel cuando siendo tres personas pedimos un segundo rollo de papel sanitario para la segunda noche y fuimos cuestionados
Excelente ubicación al principio de la calle Santander, zona con mucho ambiente, cerca a restaurantes, cafés, ventas de artesanías y recuerdos en general, cerca de miradores hacia el lago Atitlán y cerca al embarcadero principal de pajanachel y el de lanchas colectivas de tzanjuyú en el cual se puede abordar lanchas hasta los diferentes pueblos alrededor del lago Atitlán.
El alojamiento está en la calle principal de supermercados, servicios y restaurantes. Tiene cajero cerca, paradas de autobús y en 15 min andando estás en las dos estaciones marítimas. El personal del hotel muy amable y cercano, dispuesto a ayudar con todo lo necesario.
La insonorización no es muy buena, tal y como comentaban otros huéspedes, y el hecho de que tenga un bar encima no ayuda.

Хороший отель, но на верхнем этаже бар. При заселении нас об этом предупредили. Также там же есть кухня, где можно приготовить еду и поесть с прекрасным видом на город и вулканы. Вокруг много магазинов, кафеен, ресторанчиков. До пирса идти недалеко. Есть услуги по шаттлам и вас забирают из отела и не надо никуда идти.
На ресепшене работают отзывчивые ребята, во всем помогут.

Good free breakfast. Very central, touristy-pedestrian area starts right outside hotel entrance. Good view of boulevard. Street noise, nearby disco not that loud, ends at 1 am, earplugs help. Everything cleaned daily.

Kitchen refrigerator, stove, micro, utensils. Free water. Staff friendly but working. Good security, video cameras, key to room.
There are 3 or 4 large supermarkets nearby. Easy 1 km walk from boat launches, ferry. Nice malecon walk along lake shore, many shops, restaurants, small public beach, swim there

Me quedaba cerca de establecimientos comerciales.
1-Los desayunos aunque fuesen sencillos deberían de servirlos calientes y variarlos, ponerles fruta fresca.
2- Deberian poner carteles para que las personas que se alojan, no hagan ruido después de 9 ó 10 de la noche, yo pasé 2 noches mal, pues no dejaban dormir los vecinos.
