Disappointing.
Cons:

Restaurant was closed and being converted into accommodation despite website indicating it was functioning. Very dark hallway - could hardly find the keyhole. A sour smell in the room. Office not open on arrival (door locked and had to press a remote to contact the owner on site) and minimal introduction to facilities. Not like the internet description at all.

Dirty, unhygienic and noisy. Do not stay!

The ONLY good things about this place were the location and the garden. Looked good on the outside, but inside was another matter

Cons:

My stay here last Saturday was easily the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in Australia. Having worked for years in the hospitality industry myself, it was very clear that the state of our room was not a one-off oversight, but the result of a long history of inadequate maintenance and unhygienic cleaning practices.
There really is no excuse for this!
* The Bathroom: black mould on the plastic shower curtain and wall tiles. The floors were thick with grime, and the sink hole was filthy. We decided not to shower or use the sink.
* The Bedroom: The carpet was stained, sticky underfoot, and carried a stinky smell. The insect screens also had broken clips, compromising security and bugs.
* The Kitchenette: We couldn't use the provided cutlery or glasses without washing them first.
Sleep was difficult due to the room's location. It was on a corner of the building with the driveway on two sides and right next to the outside access from the internal corridor. Being surrounded on three sides by noise from guests driving in and out of the property only feet from our windows, and people loudly entering and exiting the main corridor from the carpark meant very little peace.
This property is neglected and I would say poorly managed. Save your money and book somewhere that understands basic hygiene and guest comfort.

Location close to town and nice garden were the only OK parts. It looks good from the outside, but on this occasion served only to add to our disappointment and disgust in what was beyond.

Very comfortable stay in a beautiful country town.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel grounds were very well kept. Only a short walk to the local pub restaurant and cafes.

Pros:

Friendly, welcoming staff. Spacious, recently renovated room. Modern and spacious bathroom. Very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to eateries.

Pros:

Good location, reasonably large room, bed ok.

Cons:

Very dated rooms, inadequate lighting in bathroom and kitchenette area, bathroom dirty - especially around bathtub area, overpriced for what was on offer.

Pros:

Perfect location to start a trip to the Kosziosko NP. Nice little town with friendly people.
Friendly staff at the reception of the motel.
Comfy and clean beds. Great pillows. Slept in a spacious room with the 5 of us.
