Pros:

Facility was clean and modern. Room was nice, clean and seemed renovated. Breakfast was ok. Check out by 12 is great, so we don't feel rushed. Hotel is close to everything you need and even walking distance to places to eat.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, it was 9 a.m and hardly anything there to eat. Needs more availability and variety.

Very clean! The staff was really nice and very helpful! I love how updated the rooms were and attentive the staff. Thank you for making this a seamless process. They even offer shuttle, Amazing!

The staff was amazing!! They could not have been sweeter I really wish I had gotten his name when we checked in because he was so amazing!!

Pros:

Nos gustó mucho que nuestro vuelo era muy temprano y aún así nos dieron una bolsa con desayuno. Las camas súper cómodas y muy puntuales con el servicio de Shuttle al aeropuerto

Pros:

Gratis shuttle service, niet alleen naar het vliegveld maar eventueel o.a. ook naar het Steven F. Udvar Hazy Center lucht- en ruimtevaartmuseum. Mooie ruime schone kamer en vriendelijk personeel.

Gutes Hotel für nach der Landung und einen Besuch im Air and Space Museum.
Pros:

Gut gelegen für den Besuch des Airand Space Museums am Flughafen. Grosse Zimmer und angenehm grosses Badezimmer. Der Pool.

Cons:

Einweggeschirr beim Frühstück ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Disappointing because of construction works going on
Pros:

The receptionist Kyle really did his best to help us out under the circumstances; the hotel that day was under construction;
The lobby, pool, sinks in toilets were out of order.
The room was good.

Cons:

The hotel lobby, pool, general bathrooms were out of order due to construction. No water to wash your hands in the general facilities . Did not feel Hilton worthy. I got some miles for compensation but not far enough for a new booking.
It was quit disappointing.

Lovely convenient airport hotel
Pros:

Bed was amazingly comfortable. Room had been recently decorated. Pool was lovely, breakfast ok.

Cons:

Evening receptionist on check in, no greeting, it felt like I was bothering him wanting to check in and ask a couple of questions, no eye contact monotone voice!
