It was not a pleasant experience.

We had to wait for the room to be prepared, The lighting turned out to be 2 small LED strips on the wall. There was no refrigerator, closet, or rack to hang clothes. The light switch for the bathroom was OUTSIDE the bathroom, there were open shampoo and soap packets on the counter and toilet, and the shower curtain rod was upside down, so the curtain didn't close. The curtain on the window was torn and did not close all the way and I felt exposed to people passing by the room. As for the beds, there was no top sheet and the bedspread, if you could call it that, was threadbare, wit cigarette burns, stains and, tears in it. In addition, the pillows were plastic and would not stay in the pillowcases which made for a very uncomfortable night. I had to spray almost half of a can if Lysol on all of the surfaces to almost feel safe enough to take off my shoes, and then I still would let my bare feet touch the floor.

I couldn’t shower or even brush my teeth because it was not at all clean.

It was horrible. Scuzzy in every way. Only one light worked and that was the second room. The first room had a broken toilet, curtain that was partially broken and didn’t cover the 1st floor motel window facing the parking lot, and was also not clean…

We didn't even get to stay in the hotel that we booked. They made us stay at the one in front of them it was nasty. It had cockroaches and if it wasn't 2:00 in the morning when we needed to check in we would have definitely went somewhere else. The guy that was working at the one behind it where we were supposed to be was rude. Told me I could not read to get the hell out of the office and go check in at the other hotel which was not what we booked where we was forced to stay. It was the worst experience of ever had it either one of these hotels and we will never go back

The staff were very accommodating and happy to help me with my dramas.

Cons:

The rooms were quite dirty with cobwebs on the walls and smelled of cigarettes. There was no hairdryer and only one plug in the room. the location is ok if you drive but you cannot get a taxi anywhere.

Cons:

Nothing absolutely nothing it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed downright filthy and I did call booking.com and emailed them pictures and they still won’t do anything about it. I can’t believe that you would even associate with a place like this.
