Everything was good just keep it up. Thank you

Cons:

Got to climb 1 floor up through the stairs to the rooftop not recommended for elderly people or people with disability.
Reception close at 10pm so if needed anything nothing is available.
Hope the management can do something about this.

Only person balam I think his name on reception he is cooperative..

Cons:

The bed was totally uncomfortable pillows also not good.. manager was totally uncooperative compared to price rooms are really small even tho on second floor wifi was not working bidet shower was also broken

Pros:

Staff is quite nice, the overall room is clean. Location is good, near to lots of foodie places and not facing to main road - not noisy.

Cons:

Facility is too much budget, wall is thin that can hear the light switch on and off of the next door. Poor quality of bed, washing room, etc.
