Déçue
Pros:

Chambre correcte, piscine intérieure agréable, vue sur "lac" agréable
Petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle pas anglais
Le restaurant est mauvais
Certains équipements du spa ne fonctionnaient pas, hammam...

Pros:

Хотелът е нов, на много добро място, с удобен паркинг да разтоварване на багаж и с много добри асансьори. За хора с двигателни проблеми е идеален, всичко е достъпно без стълби и с асансьор.
Стаите и банята са много чисти, персоналът е много любезен.
Матраците са чудесни, много удобни. Възглавниците също. Терасата е над водата и гледката е прекрасна.

Cons:

Стаята, която резервирах, трябваше да е 35 кв.м., но тя едва ли имаше 25.
Много голям минус, лично да мен е разположението на климатика. Той е срещу спалнята и много неприятно, защото видът му е такъв, че на където и да ориентираш струята, винаги духа в леглото.
Добре, че през нощта е хладно и не ползвахме климатик.
Кухнята в ресторанта е много зле. Менюто е толкова ограничено, но не това е големият проблем. В кухнята не почистват скарата и получихме черна скара, не изгоряла, а натрупана с мръсотия.
Естествено, че се обърнахме към управителя и имаше подобрение.

Cozy and very kid-friendly
Pros:

Nicely done facilities, with attention to details - such as special corners in every floor (library, art zone, play room, kids corner). Very clean, great view to the lake, calm, cozy, providing parking. Swimming pools were clean and warm (there is 1 indoor and 2 outdoor). The entire area from both sides is great for walks, you have a great view from the terrace. The place is made with thought for kids (there was bathrobe and also a box with bio cosmetics for the child in the room).

Cons:

The breakfast was poor (on set menu on day 1 and the coffee machine was not working, on day 2 the amount of food was limited and not so good in terms of quality). There are still reconstructions on the other side of the lake (where is supposed to be the main restaurant). But the positive things are more to consider than the negative.

Топ локация, усмихнат персонал, реципционостките са изчерпателни, любезни и на мястото си винаги. Храната е вкусна и прясна. Стаите чисти, стилни и уютни. Всичко е на ниво. Благодарим! :)

Cons:

Малко допълнително осветление пред гардеробната и чадъри или сенници на терасите ще допълнят комфорта.

Чудесно място за престой
Pros:

Чудесно място за престой. Басейнът е чист, има вътрешен детски кът, площадка. Стаите са чисти и просено. Закуската беше разнообразна и много вкусна. Бяхме с дете на 4 г и много ни хареса и на нас, и на детето. Бихме посетили отново.

Спокойна почивка 🍀
Pros:

Много приятен хотел за истинска почивка- водата около него, рибките, патиците създават неповторима атмосфера. Спа зоната и басейна също много ми харесаха. Обособен е безплатен паркинг към хотела с много места. Персоналът на рецепция и в лоби- бара са много отзивчиви и внимателни към клиентите.Основният ресторант не работеше, но храненето се осъществяваше в лоби- бара- бързо сервиране, разнообразна прясна и вкусно приготвена храна по меню, доволни сме.👍🍀🙂
