Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff member at the front desk was unprofessional, and lacked the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. The way I was treated made me feel unwelcome and significantly affected my overall stay. I hope the management addresses this issue through better customer service training to ensure future guests receive the respect and professionalism they deserve.
