a fine boutique hotel
Pros:

They agreed to prepare breakfast earlier than usual so we can take breakfast at the hotel before we head to an early flight. Quiet location. Quiet hotel. Quiet breakfast area. They booked a taxi for us upon our request.

Lovely, comfortable, modern hotel with friendly staff in a central location.
Pros:

This is a sleek, modern hotel in a convenient location in Kalibo City. I had a double bed room for one person and it was small, but functional, with modern features such as an all tile bathroom with shower, nice vanity, electric kettle, safe, and comfortable bed. The common areas are well appointed and comfortable, perfect to hang out in if you don't want to stay in the room. There were water coolers on each floor which was a nice touch. Also, this is a very convenient location within walking distance to the Cathedral, Pastrana Park, Museo It Akean, as well as two blocks from the City Mall and FUS Mall. Great places to pick up anything you may need and the commuter bus/ van station is just across from City Mall. Local area was full of food market stalls, flower vendors, carinderias, and busier business streets such as Reyes and Roxas Aves. The hotel is on a side street that doesn't see much tricycle traffic but you can get one just one block in any direction.

Cons:

The breakfast is basic with a choice of eggs, meats and coffee. Mine never felt fresh, more like it was cooked earlier and kept warm. If they improve to a heartier breakfast (juice, breads, and fruit) I think more travelers would be happy to stay here. Also, one should know that there is no lift/elevator in the building. The friendly front desk staff are very happy to carry your suitcase up the several flights of stairs though.

Great place to stay in Kalibo and super worth it for the price
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff were super helpful, appreciated the free drinking water and the location was very ideal
