לקחתי שני לילות במלון stay kook בירושלים. יחד עם שני ילדיי. מלון שנראה חדש. לקחתי את האופציה של הדירה. קיבלנו דירה נהדרת! עם מטבח מאובזר מאד! סלון ובו ספה נפתחת למיטה זוגית וחדר עם מיטה שהופרדה לשניים עבור הילדים. החדר הוא ממ"ד!!! זה היה …עוד

הגענו למקום בעקבות יום נישואין שלנו והזמנו חדר רגיל, כתבנו בהזמנה שיש לנו יום נישואין
כשהגענו למקום שמחנו לגלות ששידרגו אותנו מחדר רגיל לדירה גדולה עם סלון ומטבח והכי רלווונטי-חדר שינה ממ"ד ! בזמן המלחמה זה היה במקום!
השאירו לנו מכתב, בקבוק יין ושוקולדים משובחים, זה ממש חימם את הלב
הכל היה נקי ומסודר והתקשורת עם הקבלה היתה מצוינת!

Room matched the pictures exactly. Staff was super helpful when we wanted to change our dates. We had some issues with the wifi and they immediately came with a solution. Free coffee in the lobby and an amazing location to explore the old city.

Cons:

The entrance is a bit hard to find (in an alley just around the corner if you use google maps). The bed sheets and pillows could have been cleaner (we threw out some pillows due to hairs and spots on them), but it was not "nasty" or anything
