תדמיינו שאתם מגיעים לדירה שהזמנתם בערב ירושלמי שיא החורף קפוא בחוץ ואין מים חמים במקלחת אפילו לא פושרים פשוט אתם פותחים את הברז ויוצאים מים קפואים מתברר שהתקלקל הדוד וצוות הדירות ידעו על זה ועדיין הכניסו אותנו לדירה בלי מים חמים אפילו שהיה להם בקומה עוד דירות ריקות... אכזבה אחת גדולה

Avoid at all costs ! The worst hotel in the city is certainly better
Pros:

Refund after multiple calls to Booking. The staff is never available, neither by phone nor on site. The phone number connects to a switchboard that does nothing but take messages. The apartment was occupied by other guests when I arrived. The positive reviews for this hotel probably do not reflect any reality.

Cons:

For a stay booked for 5 nights, I wasn't able to spend even 1 minute in the apartment. I only experienced the hallway and phone calls with Booking, along with attempts to contact the hotel's team. The worst possible experience.

Cons:

את הנקיון ,לא נקי בכלל!! הייתי לפני שנתיים וזה היה שונה לגמרי . המקום אינו מתוחזק כלל וכלל.
לא אהבתי שוב -את הזמינות של פקדי הקבלה אף פעם לא היה שם אף אחד . (אין פקיד לילה , אבל גם שלושת רבע מהיום גם כן אין.
מה גם שאין שומר בכלל . רק קוד כניסה מרגיש חשוף ומפחיד. היינו רק נשים זה מאוד לא הצחיק אותנו .
