This place should be called “Krook Stay”Don’t bother book this place
Pros:

Aside from the location everything about this property is shady. The staff is incompetent, there is no internet reception in the building and the WiFi network you connect to does not work.

Cons:

Even before check-in this place sends you endless messages and links to pay and confirm your stay, borderline harassment. I booked my wife and I a king deluxe room with a spa and balcony for our anniversary. Upon checking-in to the hotel they gave me a regular room with no spa and no balcony ! When I brought this to their attention they said you get what you paid for, I had to prove I paid for a Delux room. When the staff called the manager of the property manager he said that room is not available due to a leak and that they would refund our money. They have not refunded our money till this day. THIS IS A CON PROPERTY DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IN JERUSALEM.

זו פעם שנייה שלנו שאנחנו מתארחים במקום. המיקום מושלם, ממש צעד מרוחב יפו, קרוב לשוק מחנה יהודה מצד אחד ולממילא מצד שני, וגם למדרחוב בן יהודה. החדרים נקיים, מסודרים ונעימים. הצוות זמין ומסייע בכל שאלה ובקשה. תמורה מצוינת ביחס למיקום - מתקנים - מחיר. מומלץ
