Lodge not decent room

Absolute low class hotel on Booking.com
The images show different scene than the reality.

Rooms are not clean, restrooms not usable, no AC in the room,
filthy beds, pretty much like a lodge than a decent bedroom

- evere rust and corrosion on the tap body
- Cracked handle, making it difficult or unsafe to operate
- Potential hygiene concern and water leakage risk the health faucet pipe seems loosely coiled and the wall tiles show signs of dirt and possible leakage.

Terrible experience. wont recommend anyone
Cons:

The hotel room was very dirty. As soon as I checked in a spider came down from the roof. Same was shown to housekeeping who mopped floor after that. Inspite of paying breakfast not available. They said they would server after 9 am. They expect guest to leave for work after 9.30/9.45. Terrible experience and they troubled me so much for giving the GST Bill. WIll never book from Fab Hotels hereafter. Customer service at call center is equally bad just recorded message keeps playing.

Visible insecurity
Pros:

The leading road and the area of location signalled a shadow zone (not having a gentle/decent safe look - as I am a female) with deserted village roadless area (not even metalled approach road). The cab driver also doubly confirmed if we had a booking in this area hotel, but we didn't catch up the meaning of his questioning. Finding ourselves stranded in wild at the odd hours (past midnight).

Cons:

Nothing, rooms presented a pathetic state of filth and unhygienic conditions (cockroaches laden broken beds).
