Tres bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel bien situé
Pros:

Hotel atypique, un peu kitch mais très sympathique.
Personnel aux petits soins, petit déjeuner très varié et excellent.
Très grande chambre donnant dur la rue mais très calme.
Très belle piscine du 14 ème étage avec belle vue sur la ville.

Pas recommandé pour une nuit. Éviter la chambre du 12 e et du lobby.

Le lobby et le déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

Pas vraiment bon pour une nuit . On nous a répondu que pour une nuit, on nous avait donné une chambre au 12 e avec une climatisation déficiente et pas vraiment propre. La deuxième chambre parce que nous avons exigé une autre chambre était au niveau du lobby, bruyante et la chambre de bain était malpropre, des coulisses sur les murs, de l’eau s’écoulait du plafond, les pieds dans l’eau pour aller à la toilette. Bruyant, des chiens qui aboyaient toute la nuit.

L’emplacement , la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Les chambres des étages inférieurs ( premiers prix) ont une forte odeur d égout . La chambre single est petite et sombre , les produits de bain proposés font de mauvaise qualité . Par contre les chambres supérieures ( testées la semaine précédente) sont vraiment agréables , les produits et café à dispo de meilleure qualité .

Mooie centrale plek en Khmer style kamers.

Cons:

Personeel van de bar probeert je te bedonderen door zogenaamd de verkeerde rekening te brengen. Toen ik de kassier hiermee confronteerde was het duidelijk dat dit niet per ongeluk was.

Personeel probeert je boven bij de bar met “ oeps verkeerde tafel” teveel in rekening te brengen. Ik vermoed een verdien model wat te vaak werkt. Heb het helaas meerdere malen zien gebeuren.

Prima hotel, maar heeft wel een frisse (schoonmaak) wind nodig

Rooftop zwembad was mooi en fijn.
locatie was ook prima.
Het is een heel mooi gebouw met mooie Khmer details.
Ontbijt was prima

Ik vond het niet goed schoon.
Het beddengoed en de kamer waren niet goed schoon.
beddengoed was grauw, handdoeken ook.
Er lag een dikke laag stof op de plinten.
Het rek in de douche was helemaal verroest.

A very good hotel and staff.
Pros:

Comfortable clean room. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff are well trained, polite and excellent.

Cons:

No hand towels until requested. Smoking cigarettes around the swimming pool is not acceptable.
