Cons:

J'ai laissé des cartes postales à la réception afin qu'ils les amènent à la poste. Elles étaient timbrées et il n'y avait qu'à les déposer. On m'a garanti que ce serait fait. Malheureusement le service n'a pas rendu ! C'est bien dommage. Merci de faire remonter.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Tutto molto piacevole. La struttura è estremamente caratteristica e le decorazioni in legno della hall sono veramente belle. Le camere sono spaziose e la struttura dispone di una piscina all'ultimo piano molto bella (anche se durante il mio soggiorno era popolata da numerosi bambini chiassosi). Il personale molto disponibile anche se un po' più "distante" di quello che si troverebbe in un più piccolo homestay. La posizione è centrale anche se leggermente distante dalla parte più viva della città.

Cons:

La colazione non prevedeva l'opzione dolce ma solo cibi salati.
In stanza si sentiva il rumore (abbastanza forte) di un condizionatore relativo ad una camera vicina che non è mai stato spento.

Un bon emplacement au centre de Phnom Penh et une piscine/bar en roof top avec une très belle vue sur le palais royal et la rivière. Personnel très agréable et attentif aux demandes des clients. Très bon petit-déjeuner, assez varié.

Pros:

Bon emplacement et jolie vue, personnel sympathique, buffet varié et très bon.

Cons:

Peu de réactivité de la part de l’hôtel, après un problème d’avion, impossible de les contacter (même sur whatsapp) durant plus de 12h…
Chambre pas très propre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement
Pros:

Le personnel au top , le cadre, les boiseries sont exceptionnelles, la décoration khmer est vraiment magnifique, l’établissement est calme

Cons:

Faire la queue à la machine à café ☕️, un peu trop juste pour le nombre de petits déjeuner .

Prachtig dakterras met mooi uitzicht. Prachtige entree in koloniale stijl. Entree ruikt heerlijk.

Cons:

Na check-in bleek de kamer echt niet schoon. Goed geholpen door receptie en een nieuwe kamer gekregen maar de zaken die niet schoon waren, waren tekenend, naar mijn mening, betreffende de mate waarin goed wordt schoon gemaakt (sok op vloer, stoffig, vlekken op beddengoed en handdoeken, een vieze telefoon, etc)

Pros:

La struttura è tutta in stile khmer, la piscina al roof top e il ristorante molto suggestivi con vista Mekong, ne abbiamo usufruito. il cibo buono, i cocktail non sono fatti con ingredienti freschi(questa una pecca per un hotel del genere) ma con sciroppi o gelato. La posizione è perfetta, vicino a tutto ma essendo in una via traversa è silenzioso.

Cons:

L’accoglienza del personale alla reception. Quando siamo arrivati alla reception per il check in volevano darmi una stanza di categoria inferiore a quella che avevo prenotato. Avevo prenotato la Suite e loro mi hanno detto che erano finite le suite disponibili e che mi avrebbero dato una famigliare con 4 letti. Noi viaggiavamo in coppia e direi che il passaggio da suite a famigliare era un passaggio a camera di livello inferiore anche se costava lo stesso prezzo. Al che ho gli ho spiegato che questo è un disagio che per lo meno mi aspettavo uno sconto… di solito gli alberghi di livello come quello se finiscono una camera che si è prenotata forniscono la camera di livello ancora superiore facendo un upgrade per il disguido. Non avendo una camera superiore gli ho ribadito che mi aspettavo almeno uno sconto. Quando ho richiesto lo sconto magicamente la suite è tornata disponibile.

Il giorno dopo abbiamo chiesto un pick up per la bus station. Il pick up e’ arrivato 15 min prima e loro ci hanno invitato a liberare la camera velocemente anche se il pick up concordato era in anticipo e il late check out concordato la sera prima con la reception sarebbe dovuto essere mezz’ora dopo l’arrivo del pick up. Ci hanno invitato a liberare la stanza come se fossimo noi in fallo e con tono scocciato ci hanno detto di sbrigarci perché il pick aspettava noi e doveva prendere altre persone… cosa non vera perché ci ha portato da soli alla bus station e poi è rimasto fermo fino alla nostra partenza!

Per il resto hanno tanti servizi e tutto quello che serve tranne la gentilezza nell’accoglienza alla reception.

Séjour inoubliable dans un palais des mille et une nuits.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, dans une grande ville c’est un luxe d’être en plein cœur des principaux sites à visiter. Le petit déjeuner est varié ; la vue plongeante sur la piscine en rooftop est éblouissante.
L’hôtel est décoré comme un palais des mille et une nuits dans ses moindres recoins.

Cons:

Les tuk-tuk qui stagnent devant l’entrée peuvent se montrer insistant.
