Charme et confort, pour un séjour magique !

J'ai tout aimé !! Le charme ancien et précieux de cet hôtel qu'on retrouve jusque dans les chambres, décorées avec un goût raffiné. L'accueil du client est total, avec un personnel à nos petits soins, et toutes les petites attentions équipant la chambre (bouilloire, thé et café soluble, tasses et verres, brosses à dents, gels mains, douche, shampoing, sandales, grandes serviettes, 4 oreillers + 2 coussins, très jolie lampe de chevet, climatisation, tv).
J'ai a-do-ré la piscine sur le toit, et la salle du petit déjeuner (excellent buffet) au dernier étage, les deux avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Phnom Penh !!
Enfin un hotel de style d'une extrême propreté, et dont le rapport qualité/prix est inegalable !
Bref, je me sens personnellement très chanceuse d'avoir pu passer plusieurs jours dans ce lieu magique !!!

EL PERSONAL MUY AGRADABLE Y SIMPATICO, MUY CERCA DEL PALACIO REAL. LA HABITACION MUY GRANDE, LA PISCINA MUY BONITA.

Cons:

SE OIA EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DE LA HABITACION DE AL LADO, UN DIA CERRARON LA PISCINA 2 HORAS POR RODAJE, MUCHAS ZONAS DE LA MADERA ESTABAN MUY ROZADAS. PARA MI GUSTO DEMASIADA MADERA, QUE NO DA ASPECTO DE LIMPIEZA. EN LA PUERTA ENCIMA DE LA ENTRADA DEL BAÑO HABIA UN FLORESCENTE QUE NO FUNCIONABA. EN LA HABITACION UNA PUERTA LLENA DE CABLES. MUCHISIMO CALOR EN RECEPCION Y ZONAS COMUNES.

Mémorable deuxième sejour dans cet hôtel au charme fou, et si bien situé!
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel près des centres d’intérêt, le personnel accueillant, courtois et attentionné comme Pov, Ratanata, Rong…
La décoration, la piscine en roof top, le petit déjeuner gourmand… On a apprécié tout ce que l’hôtel pouvait offrir!

Muy buena ubicación y amabilidad del personal.
Piscina.

Cons:

Nos confirmaron que nos darían meal box a cambio del desayuno y al hacer el check out nos dijeron que no lo tenían preparado y que la unica opcion era esperar 10 minutos para poder darnos un “trocito de pan”
Penoso la mala organizacion.
Tuvimos que pedir ambos dias que hiciesen la habitacion, porque llegas para cenar y no la han hecho…

OKAY Boutique Hotel is easily accessible and perfectly located just steps from the tourist very center of Phnom Penh. The staff is friendly and attentive. The common areas and the spacious, air-conditioned rooms are tastefully decorated. The continental and Asian breakfasts on the very top 15th floor are generous and varied daily. The rooftop restaurant 14th floor, situated around a very pleasant pool which is open only until 8:00 PM (quiet diners offering magnificent views ) serves excellent Asian and Western cuisine. We stayed at the hotel during our three visits to Phnom Penh and have absolutely no regrets.

Cons:

All is perfect. We regretted not staying longer, but we will be back.
