Hotel très bien situé et personnel adorable
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé à 2 rues du palais royal et à 2 pas du fleuve. Les restaurants, marchés.... sont tout autour. La chambre simple mais confortable et le personnel adorable.

Cons:

La rue pour aller à l'hôtel est un peu glauque mais sure mais l'entrée de l'hôtel ressemble à un temple ce qui est très beau

Pros:

Staff were very kind and helpful. Located in quiet alley off main road close to everything. Nice pool with great views and attentive bar staff.

Cons:

Was put in room near lift so was noisy and balcony was more like a slither and couldn't fit two people on at once.

Pros:

La gentillesse et le sourire de tout le personnel sans exception.
La piscine sur le toit, très agréable pour se rafraîchir et boire un verre après une journée de visite.
Le restaurant le soir est très bon.
Petit déjeuner excellent, mais un peu cher si non compris dans la réservation.
L'emplacement.
La propreté des chambres.
A notre arrivée, il nous a été offert une boisson et une serviette rafraîchissante : appréciable après un long vol.

Pleasant stay in good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Main issue was space not big enough and the room was uncomfortably warm. Difficult to find a table. Range of fruit could be better and bread/ croissants.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t serviced because we were back at the hotel mid to late afternoon both days by the time they got to us. So we just asked for water as we were using the room to rest after 2
quite hot days.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans Phnom-Penh. Arrivée à l' hôtel vous êtes imprégné de la décoration kmer.Proche des lignes de bus et l hôtel a également un tuk tuk avec supplément. Très beau rooftop avec vue sur le palais. Très bon petit déjeuner et très varié.Un excellent restaurant autour de la piscine qui est très appréciable le soir. Une qualité d' accueil au top!!

Cons:

Le bruit de la climatisation et les serviettes et peignoirs assez usés.

Mooi hotel centraal gelegen.

Cons:

Het bed was keihard en de airco blies vol op het bed zodat je niet kon slapen met airco aan maar met de airco uit was het veel te benauwd.
Te weinig bedjes voor zoveel gasten bij het zwembad.

Paradise in a building
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! From the staff to the food to the visuals, everything was sublime! The lobby smelled divine and the decor was stunning!! The pool was very pleasant and the bedroom was so large!! My partner and I felt so spoiled!

Upom arrival we were given welcome drinks and a staff member carried our luggage to our room! The same staff member was extremely accommodating throughout our stay, and we couldn't have been more grateful!

Every staff member was exceptionally kind and generous! My partner and I felt incredibly special!

The value for money was absolutely incredible, and the hotel entrance is on a side street which is really soothing. You are not immediately hit with the hustle and bustle of the busy main Street, so I appreciated that a lot!

The food was so yummy too! Some items change each day, so that meant that there was variety!

This was our first time to Cambodia and staying at this hotel has been such a dream! We leave the country knowing that we chose the best hotel we could've stayed in! <3

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like! Everything was immensely top quality!!

Sometimes my partner and I saw other guests treating hotel staff poorly, but all staff members handled themselves with grace and class that some guests could not afford themselves!

Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile, ottima posizione vicino al museo nazionale e al palazzo reale. La nostra camera era enorme. Colazione più salata che dolce, bella piscina e bar con vista.
