I love the bed they were comfortable. The place was clean. And the staff was helpful.
I taught my room would had AC but it did not. . I dont know if the listing side it has or i assumed it would. But after all it was not bad without it.

Very friendly and helpful stuff! Even though they didn't speak much English, they tried very hard.
We were able to get our clothes washed there.
They offered us to book two places on the bus shuttle to the airport.

There was only cold water in the shower.
We were not able to pay by card even though we specifically asked about it in advance (and we got the confirmation, that it IS possible). In the end they tried to find solution and we managed to pay by PayPal. But we had to pay more, because we had to pay in USD.
When we arrived in the evening there was sand and small stones on the bedsheet, so we complained about it and we got a different clean room.
What shocked us - there were no windows, only mosquito nets. Luckily that area was not that noisy, but still it wasnt that quiet and we were concerned about insect in the room, which luckily did not get in.
Staff is great - friendly and helpful and can help you get a cab to the airport if you let them know the day before. Location is very near the airport, around the corner from a large grocery store, and a short walk from the Flores restaurants. Rooms are located above a laundry service and it shows - all the linens are super clean and nice. Also there are fans in the rooms and a jug of filtered water in the hallway at all times
Arrival/returning to the room can be stressful because it's hit or miss whether the staff will be around to let you in. That's because you have to go through the laundry service business part of the building to get to the hotel room part, and if the laundry is closed and no one is actively working there, then they won't hear you knock and you might be standing out front in the street for a while. Adding some kind of intercom or doorbell seems like a must. Also there were some ants/bugs on the bed (NOT bedbugs tho) - it wasn't a huge deal but it wasn't great
Nice hotel, not far from the center. Not so easy to find the door, but the lady was very nice. It is part of a laundry. Room is big enough and it is a very quiet place. Really a nice place to stay.
You don't get a key from the front door. You have to ring the bell to get in again.

Great value for money. Very likable owners. Great location. Owners also run laundry business, so that’s convenient if you need to wash clothes.
The service was absolutely amazing and the rooms were good, clean and spacious. The bathrooms were also clean with nice big showers. It also close by flores city.
Staffs are friendly and nice location. Just walking distance to the island. Nice breakfast with low price. Owner is very helpful. Laundry is provided with minimum charges
The welcoming by the owners was like coming home. I arrived very early and they let me move into the room. Big room with bathroom en suite . Plenty of towels , TV and shelving . Water, coffee, tea and biscuits on offer . They are the kindest people ever . Guests are allowed to use the kitchen . It’s very handy as the place has a laundry . For a small sum the clothes are washed as you go about on your sightseeing . Outside space to sit.

It was a last-minuto booking very good related value-price. Patty, Otto and their son were really good helping us and giving orientation. They were open ro solve any issue we had during our stay.
Paty and Oto are amazing hosts, they are so generous and friendly. It is nice that they have a kitchen to use. It is also great they separate their glass, plastic and have an organic compost, which they feed the birds with. The bed was comfortable.
The only thing I would recommend is a little organization and redesign in the front rooms for the future when they can invest more.
I didn't stay. I preferred to pay a bit more and to sleep at a place which does provide basic needs for guests!
They rent accommodation without water! There is no water on the first and second floors! You cannot shower, neither wash your hands! And they keep telling you that it's municipality problem, and it's all over Flores, and it's old problem, but it happened first time today and other kinds of BS....Meanwhile they're running full time commercial, very busy laundry on the ground foor🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
I don't believe people agree to stay with them. How desperate must you be to pay those liers and how low is your self-respect if you allow those people to fool you around with all their stories?
