Very poor hygiene
Cons:

I had a terrible experience at Sapa Alley. Upon check-in, I was assigned Room 501 on the top floor despite lower-floor rooms being clearly available.

The room was completely unhygienic. There was visible mold everywhere, and immediately upon stepping into the room, I noticed leftover food particles on the floor that hadn't even been swept from the previous guest. Basic housekeeping and hygiene standards were completely absent. I definitely would not recommend staying here until they improve their cleanliness and room assignment practices.
