Loved the property but not the way I was treated about the price.
Pros:

Beautiful and very clean. The courtyard is stunning.

Cons:

Expensive for Guatemala. Also, I booked four rooms for my group. When I went in later to add specific names to rooms one of the rooms jumped in price by over $300 for no reason except I added a name. I did not change the room in any way. I disputed this with the hotel when I was there and they said it was entirely up to Booking.com. I have talked to two agents at Booking.com who both told me it was the hotel’s decision to refund the extra. They both agreed that adding a name was no reason for the rate to change. The first agent’s name is Jueselew or Jueseley. And although she was very nice and said she would get back to me, she never did. The second agent cut me off after being on hold for an hour and speaking with him for less than 10 minutes. This is unacceptable. I have been a good customer of Booking.com but if this is not resolved, I will not use this booking service in the future. My booking number is 5765.091.372. I have a receipt for the right amount, $3016.22, but I was charged $3360.92. I expect a refund.

Tolle Anlage! Wir haben es besonders genossen nach dem Sightseeing noch am und im Pool zu entspannen. Die Massage war ebenfalls super!
