Belle maison , mais impersonnelle, équipements a améliorer
Pros:

Beaucoup de place, à 10mn du métro Asakusabashi. Lit confortable. 2 wc. Idéal pour 5 personnes. Restaurants alentour très correct.

Cons:

Conciergerie par mail avec clé dans boîtier code . Aucun mode d’emploi des appareils, climatisation, cuisine, salle de bain ( même en anglais)
Appartement très froid à l’arrivée , non préparé, entrée non anticipée par la société. chauffage par les climatiseurs compliqué.
Cuisine : équipement rudimentaire, pas prévu pour cuisiner de vrais repas ( pas de petites cuillères!). Demande faite au gérant qui nous explique que la situation ne changera pas .
Manque de couette, vu le froid .
La Tv existe mais aucun câble de connexion ni box . Prévoir des rallonges car peu de prises électriques.

It was a good spot for a larger group. If you have 5+ people I would stay here again instead of 3-4 hotel rooms.
Pros:

Lots of space for 5 people to spread out across the 3 floors

Cons:

If you are staying on the 3rd floor the closest bathroom that isn’t attached to a bedroom is on the 1st floor which is a long trip in the night.

抵達時電力有問題 又黑又冷 等到工作人員來處理已經是一個多小時後 雖然解決了照明及其他 但仍有一間房暖氣有問題必須開著房門靠客廳的暖氣送入 椅子有張是壞掉的差點害老人跌倒

Pros:

Clean rooms and facilities, spacious living room area for our group of three. Location is close to the station, laundromat, and also convenience stores for your midnight fami chicken runs

Cons:

Limited number of power outlets around the house, so not too great if you have many things to charge. Minor inconvenience that not all beds had a power outlet to charge your phone

House has three levels, with the main level being on the second floor, so if you have a lot of luggage. It can be a hassle to bring up.

Bathroom area doesn't have any area to hang used towels when the bath/shower room is in use. Additional towels would've been nice too.

뭐가 좋았는지 잘 모르겠습니다

Cons:

가격도 비싸고 호스트의 대응도 좀 느리고,, 위치는 그냥 그런대로 괜찮았지만 내부에 비치된 물품도 없으니 숙박하실려는 분들은 자기것을 준비해서 가야 됩니다
