booking.comで朝食付きを予約したした。がHotelに着いたらroomのみの予約だと言われました。近くに食事が出来る所はないので1人rp60000×6人を支払って朝食を取りました。ナシチャンプルもナシクニンも美味しくありませんでした。ブブールは中華粥でした。クレジットカードで支払いをしようとしたら機械が壊れているから現金で払うように言われました。その領収書の写真をbooking.comに送りましたがそれでは資料が不十分ですと言われました。私達にこれ以上何が出来るでしょう…もうbooking.comは使わないと決めましたがもう一度問い合わせしてみると、Hotelから何の応答もないが会社から支払います、との回答。まだ返金はされていませんが皆さんも泣き寝入りせずに問い合わせてみることをお勧めします。それによって今後の旅行会社を決めると良いと思います。
それから、朝8時から朝食を始めると9時前には続々と大勢の現地の親子連れが訪れ、目の前のプールで水泳教室が始まりました。驚き呆れました。宿泊客の居場所はどこにもありませんでした。
我是1.20号入住，订的标间酒店升级为套房，带厨房的客厅加一大一小两张床的卧室，对着泳池，非常好。22号退房时下暴雨，老板亲自打伞送我们上车，非常感动！还有6万盾的早餐套餐，给了很多海鲜……
在酒店胡同外面挂牌子，方便打车过来提前观察到。就是主路的入口处立大牌子更好些

Their management level don't even understand english. They sent me an email stating that they have revecive the bank transfer or something, but next moment when I call in why my dad wasn't allow to check in They meant that they haven't recevie the money or bank transfer. Wth totally opposite from email. Called booking.com the person told me they might have made a mistake in their email sent. So tried to pay on the spot!!! what's best they do not accept any credit card!!!!!!! Clap for the boutique hotel.
Clean and peaceful place with nice swimming pool in the center. The birds were a pleasant and relaxing surprise.
A suggestion: equipping and decorating the apartment a bit further would be welcome.
A spacious room which was clean and fair order. Furniture is dated and the kitchen had very limited stock of utensils, pots, pans, etc
We asked staff for pots, pans and we were given one of each.
The kitchen should be better stoked for preparing meals, etc.
Breakfast was outstanding. I really enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice and plate full of fruit. Staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly, they went out of their way to please the guest. AC was superb and was an icebox. Beds were very comfortable and clean.
Work on redoing the kitchen. It needs some upgrades. Thank goodness we didn’t need to cook anything.

We arrived 3 am and we were hoping to get a good rest, but The aircon wasn’t working, they put us in the back intensively stinky corner of the property (even other rooms were empty), our room was facing the wall. The pool was green.
All facilities very good … separated bedroom with living room very practical … nearby masjid about 6 mins walk … full kitchen utensils are superb and can cook happily good for Muslim who concern about food .. 6 mins walk to masjid … convenience store also working distance
Need to change the electric kettle … it’s bit rusty
The hotel was very clean and great pool, nice and quiet
No restaurant on site, no facilities to get food or drink while relaxing by the pool. You could order food and drink to the hotel but it’s not the same
