Este o alegere foarte buna. Personalul este foarte amabil si face cele mai bune recomandari. Am avut doua terase, una cu vedere la gradina si una cu vedere la piscina. Totul foarte curat in camera.

Excellent location for dog family
Pros:

As a traveling dog family the location could not have been better. Near a little pine tree forest and just perfect dog beach.❤️🙏 So grateful. Even our old "grandpa" dog had the strength to walk there in the summer heat.

Das Village ist sehr ruhig gelegen. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am schönen Strand von Palau.Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

La tranquilidad del lugar y que tenía la playa y el pueblo cerca. Además las camas son muy cómodas, que para mí es muy importante.

El apartamento, a pesar de que es muy cómodo y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, tenía los electrodomésticos un poco viejos

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus unserer Sicht völlig unangemessen. Für 175 € pro Nacht erwartet man bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel deutlich mehr. Leider erfüllt das Hotel nicht einmal grundlegende Standards.

Der Check-in ist nur zwischen 17:00 und 20:00 Uhr möglich. Wer später anreist und dies nicht rechtzeitig ankündigt, muss zusätzlich 50 € bezahlen. Auch die Rezeption ist lediglich von 9:00 bis 13:00 Uhr sowie von 17:00 bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet, sodass außerhalb dieser Zeiten kaum Ansprechpartner verfügbar sind.

Die Zimmer wirken stark veraltet. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Sauberkeit war nicht überzeugend, es gibt zu wenige Steckdosen und das WLAN war sehr langsam bzw. instabil. Die Matratze war deutlich durchgelegen und die Zimmertür klemmte. Auch die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht zuverlässig.

Die Geräuschdämmung ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Man hört Gespräche aus anderen Zimmern, Möbel, die verschoben werden, die Reinigungskräfte und selbst den Lärm vom Pool. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird hier wahrscheinlich enttäuscht.
Zusätzlich werden für weiteres Toilettenpapier und frische Handtücher hohe Gebühren verlangt. Außerdem muss der Müll selbst entsorgt werden, was für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse sehr ungewöhnlich ist.

Insgesamt können wir viele der bereits veröffentlichten negativen Bewertungen nachvollziehen. Für den verlangten Preis würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und würden uns beim nächsten Aufenthalt für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.

Plek in de natuur, ruime kamers, mooie strand met dennebomen op de achtergrond, mooi tuin en vervrissend zwembad, fijne priveparkeerplek.

Cons:

Advertentie waarbij je geneigd bent te denken dat je appartament aan het zwembad ligt, wat niet het geval is bij meer dan de helft van kamers, personeel vond dat het "normaal" is om plek bij het zwembad te verzoeken bij boeken, met andere woorden mijn schuld. Grootste bezwaar is echter prijs kwaliteit verhouding, geen gevoel van 4 sterren, eerder van camping +, meubels gedateerd, voor extra set handdoeken of keuken/hygienespullen/wc papier moet je bijbetalen, dat strookt niet met prijs van 250 euro per nacht buiten het hoogseizoen.
