Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.

Cons:

Das Bett war ein absoluter Albtraum!! Die Matratze komplett durchgelegen und das Stahlrohrbett hat bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung Lärm gemacht. Die Tür musste man fest ins Schloss ziehen, somit hat man jeden Nachbarn beim kommen und gehen gehört. Zimmer extrem hellhörig, man konnte jedes Gespräch vom Nachbarn mithören.Das Personal hätte auch freundlicher sein können.

Muy buen lugar para visitar la zona.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicada, limpia, personal muy predispuesto y cordial

Cons:

La cama podría haber sido un poco más cómoda. Hay muchas luces ( reloj del microondas, la luz del detector de humo, etc,) para los que necesitamos oscuridad total de noche tenemos que taparlas. Otra cosa: la pileta estaba sin mantenimiento, creo que aunque no sea temporada de verano, sería mejor mantener la pileta en condiciones.

Très bon séjour au Palau Green Village !
Pros:

Excellent accueil par tous les professionnels de la résidence. Le logement était agréable et très propre. Petite résidence très bien située, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, du centre ville et des embarcadères pour les îles de l’archipel Maddalena.

Cons:

Les bruits de résonance des logements voisins en raison d’un manque d’insonorisation.

Komplex vypadá útulně, v létě je určitě výhodou bazén, je tu malé dětské hřiště, přes silnici pěkný lesopark, který vede k psi plazi, v centru Palau jste za chvilku, velice milá paní na recepci

Cons:

Vzhledem k orientaci apartmánů dokola kolem bazénu člověk nemá moc soukromí, rozkládací gauč nenabídl moc pohodlné spaní, jen 1 deka a 2 velká prostěradla v apartmánu pro 4 osoby, v kuchyni chybí elektrická zásuvka, takže vodu v rychlovarné konvici musíte vařit na podlaze, lednice hned vedle rozkládacího gauče dělala v noci trochu hluk, bazén byl začátkem října ledovy

Las fotos no son fieles a la realidad, la habitación estaba muy vieja, mal olor de los armarios, mal olor den una colcha vieja encima del sofá, muy incómodo por cierto. Grifo de la cocina que no cierra bien. A parte de eso, hemos estado 10 días y 9 noches y no se han dignado a cambiar las toallas, las sábanas mucho menos claro. Pero que un cliente que decide estar en el alojamiento 9 noches y tiene que usar la toalla más de 10-12 veces en un sitio de playa...a parte, toallas muy viejas, una de ellas rota. Para taparse una manta de hace 30 años...limpia si, pero muy vieja.

It was fine but we were disappointed with the town and the original apartment was truly horrid.
Cons:

We requested an upstairs room and instead were shown to a dark downstairs room where the bed was right next to the fridge and the outside table was next to the air-conditioning outlet. No one should have to go on holiday to this.
We moved upstairs on the second day and this was better, but had to pay 70€ additional cleaning. A deposit of 100€ was requested in cash on arrival which we didn't have and was not mentioned in any part of the contract.

Comfortable stay in spacious and clean apartment.
Pros:

Clean and spacious apartment, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, lovely pool area, albeit the water was very cold. About 20 minute walk to town centre, 5 minutes walk to nearest beach.

Cons:

Apartment needs a socket in the kitchen area; we had to boil the kettle on the bedroom floor or use the TV socket and balance the kettle on a chair, really dangerous for a young family. Also, the shower needs a small shelf for bottles and soap.
