Pros:

It was a wonderful experience and a very comfortable stay.
The hotel location is strategic and convenient for visiting most of the main attractions.
The staff at the reception and breakfast area were always friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful.

GREAT (just improve pool rules..)
Pros:

Excellent breakfast - so much choice.

Cons:

A swim hat was required to use the pool - but then they allowed people to spit in the pool - so we were unable to use it. I think they need a sign saying no spitting, and then they can enforce it. Plus the Jacuzzi was broken - but the gym was nice!
