Pros:

The room was perfect and the location of the hotel was Very central. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious and nice. 10 minutes by foot was the central bus station and you can go to Goreme, Uchisar, Ortachisar, Urgup, etc with 50 TRY. The staff of the Hotel was very friendly and kind and the breakfast also was amazing!!! I definitely recommend it!

とても素晴らしい経験でした！
Pros:

国外からの宿泊で言語の壁がありましたが、トラブルにも親切に対応してくださり、宿泊中に何度も助けていただきました。一つ一つの客室も広く、建物は歴史がありますがTVやエアコンなどの客室設備は新しく、オートロックも付いており、快適に過ごせました。ホテル内に併設されたレストランも料理がとても美味しかったです。部屋からはネブシェヒル城が良く見えて景観も素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

エレベーターやエスカレーターはなく、階段のみでした。デスが重い荷物はホテルスタッフさんが部屋まで運んでくれたので特に不便はありませんでした。

Disappointing
Pros:

Location and attention staffs

Cons:

This is a non-english speaking hotel, although staffs are willing to help. There is no daily clean service. Bed is a little too soft for our comfort, back are sore in the next morning. Breakfast is ok, due to our visit time. It might be low season, so breakfast is typical Turkish breakfast, no option, however, they are delicious. They have parking available. Location is good, walking to many stores, and malls.

We already paid via booking.com, when we check-in, the staff charged us again, once we show them our booking. They are immediately refund. Need to improve their system.

I think this place is good for Turkish locals or who understand the language.

Best New Hotel in City
Pros:

Super staff! Ibrahim and group were professional and attentive. Good safe parking I city center with access to street only steps away
