The hotel was great! Good location the roon was clean, bed was comfortable. the swimming pool was great but cost extra money…
Very disappointing experience. The rooms were not cleaned daily, and even though we booked two rooms, we didn’t receive enough towels in the second room. We constantly had to ask for basic items like towels, soap, and toilet paper. On the day of check-out, a staff member woke us up early in the morning to settle the bill while we were still asleep. Totally unprofessional and unpleasant

Nice sea view, the pool and the gym on the roof (extra pay around $4) were not crowded. There's a convenience store on the first floor and motorbike renting for around $6 per 24h. You can easily leave the luggage in the lobby after checking out.
The host and the staff don't speak English well but it's not a big problem nowadays. WiFi and mobile Internet in Tuy Hòa had some issues with VPN connections.

The property was very clean and looked exactly like provided pictures. The host was super nice and helpful. It was easy and convenient to communicate with her thru text messages. She even let us checked in early to get some rest after a long drive. It was our first time to visit Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen and the host went above and beyond to recommended us some attractions and good local restaurants near by.
My family had a great time visiting Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen and we will definitely be back to this place in the future.
