Perfect Stay Near KTU Campus — I Loved Everything
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience staying here. The location is absolutely perfect, just a very short walk to Karadeniz Technical University, which was exactly what I needed since I planned to commute by foot every day.

There are countless food options around the area, and Asian travelers don’t need to worry because there are plenty of rice-based restaurants nearby. Kevser Restaurant, in particular, is superb & highly recommended for anyone craving delicious rice dishes. Convenience stores are everywhere, making it easy to grab daily essentials. There’s also a car rental shop within walking distance, and the airport is not far away either.

The unit itself is extremely well-equipped. There’s a washer machine, which made it very convenient to do laundry daily, and the host was kind enough to lend me a clothes-drying rack. The room’s facilities were superb, very clean, and included a kitchenette with cooking equipment. The staff were very friendly, and I was even allowed to check in early with no issues; something I truly appreciated after a long flight. It made the entire stay even more comfortable and stress-free.

The view from the unit was superb, beautiful sight of the Black Sea, and the surrounding area was calm and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and highly satisfying stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the university.

Cons:

Perfect in every way. I truly loved everything here, from the comfortable and spotless room to the superb location and friendly staff. Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful view of the Black Sea, made my stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free.

Exceptional
Pros:

This is an apartment. It is new, very clean and extremely comfortable. For some reason that has to do with booking.com the address is wrong and we spent a lot of time looking for it.

Cons:

Although it looks as it is close to the airport there is no access to the airport from any of those airport hotels as they are north of a busy motorway. No taxi would pick us up as it was early in the morning and a very short ride, so not worth it for the driver. There is nothing in that area and the restaurants are mediocre to poor. Eventually the owner took us to the airport, we are grateful for this.
