A Wonderful Home Away from Home Experience
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome. The reception team was always polite, professional, and very helpful whenever we had questions. They gladly assisted us with arranging taxis, giving directions, and helping with anything we needed during our stay.
We were also very impressed by the housekeeping staff. They kept the room exceptionally clean every day, with great attention to detail. The beds were always perfectly made, the linens and towels were fresh and spotless, and even our clothes were neatly folded when the room was serviced. It was clear that they take real pride in their work

The hotel facilities were also excellent. Everything felt new, modern, and very well maintained. The pool area is large and beautiful, the jacuzzi is spacious, and the spa facilities are fantastic. There is both a wet and dry sauna, and the changing rooms are large, comfortable, and well designed.
What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the people. The staff created such a welcoming atmosphere that it genuinely felt like a home away from home.

Cons:

One small downside is that the hotel’s location is not very close to major attractions, parks, or many restaurants within walking distance. However, this was not a big issue for us because taxis in the area are very affordable, and the reception staff were always happy to quickly arrange one for us whenever we needed to go somewhere.

Great hotel in Dushanbe but expensive
Pros:

Big great and quiet room with comfortable beds. Good sauna.
Amazing breakfast.

Cons:

The water in the spa was a bit dirty and the shower (just those in the spa) had only cold water (or i was too dumb to find out how i get warm water...).

清潔感があること。スタッフは皆さん非常に親切で優しい対応。

Cons:

朝食のホットミールの種類が少ない。メニューが無くなった後、補充が来ない。
レストランで人が足りていない印象。そのせいか、残念ながら、注文からサーブまでの時間が長い。

Exceptional stay with fond memories!!!
Pros:

This is my first visit to Dushanbe. The comfort provided by the Kangurt Grand Team is far far beyond my expectations!!! Staff really friendly, welcoming and ready to support any time. Buffet breakfast served was top class having large variety of food. This is a new property and five star facility by all standards. Location is excellent as it is almost centre of the city with easy access to all the famous places. Would love to stay here when I come next time again, In Shaa Allah.

Fine værelser. Transfer til og fra lufthavn.

Cons:

Ringe udvalg i morgenmad, generelt kedelig morgenmad. Dårlig beliggenhed i forhold til centrum. Poolen er kold. Fuger i badeværelse meget grimme. Generelt ikke god rengøring af badeværelser/det er ikke holdt så godt som det burde. Dårlig byggekvalitet.
