It’s a good central location but the rooms are a little tired and could do would better soundproofing.
Pros:

The hotel was in a central location. Great for the promenade and beach.

Cons:

We didn’t have water in our room on a few occasions although it was restored fairly quickly. On a few other occasions we didn’t have hot water.

Its a must you need to try it!! 😍
Pros:

The location was good. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Wheelchair accessible which made it comfortable for me to get around. Breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend to come and stay here. Very clean and no nasty smells.

Cons:

Only one thing the manager changed to room accommodated to a wheelchair accessible room. Which was good and spacious but view from window was not pleasant.

Hotel bardzo miły jak na Afrykańskie standardy mocne 4 można mu dać, personel uprzejmy sniadanie skromne ale smaczne blisko do plazy i posiada własny strzeżony niepłatny parking .

Cons:

Dość duży hałas z ulicy , jeden basen w remoncie wyposażenie w pokoju dość zniszczone .

Not very happy with the experience, some staff were friendly however would not recommend

Air conditioning not working
Room was not fully clean when we checked in - chewing gum on walls, toilet wasn’t cleaned properly when we checked in
Pillows very uncomfortable, all were lumpy
When we ask the reception for certain items, they tell you to go and find the house keeping staff yourself, which means having to go to every floor to try and find someone and sometimes they are not even there
Room service didn’t clean the rooms properly, seems like showers weren’t cleaned
Staff walk into your room multiple times a day without letting you know
Towels weren’t always available - at times we had to wait
Very noisy at night
Swimming pool water is not warm - we didn’t manage to swim at all during our stay as it was too cold
Not very convenient/ kids friendly as you have to cross a main road to get to the beach
