Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel czysty i komfortowy, a największym atutem jest przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel, który zawsze służy pomocą i sprawia, że goście czują się mile widziani. Zdecydowanie polecam!

This is not a 4 Star Hotel as advertised, 3 Star at a push. Staff however were very friendly
Pros:

Breakfast was the best thing at hotel

Cons:

Bed did not have fitted sheets, mattress protector did not fit the bed so sheets did not stay in place.
Toilet cistern filled non stop and was very loud when trying to sleep.
The shower temperature was extremely difficult to regulate - scalding hot at high pressure, then low pressure cold
Music from venues outside of the hotel could be heard each night
Wifi only worked in pockets of the hotel and not in the rooms
No ice available at bar
No fridge in room to keep water chilled
No pool towels available in the afternoon

Excellent value for money…but don’t expect the Savoy! More like an ibis.

Cons:

Very dated in public areas. Only ate breakfast at the hotel which was just ok. Nice omelettes though. Need a bigger orange juice dispenser…1 jug doesn’t last very long.

Cons:

The lights were very dim on the corridors and room
I was in an executive room in a 4 star hotel. I therefore expected that there would be a sofa chair and writing desk. I also expected basic amenities like a mini fridge, iron, kettle and hospitality tray. These were not readily available. It took over 12 hours to have them delivered. Thankfully I had my own tea bags. The iron was delivered and then taken away without any explanation. It affected what I wore.
The back of the chair in my room was broken. With the absence of a sofa, one could not relax in the room except sit on one’s bed when it was too cold to use the balcony.

trotz allrm ein guter Aufenthalt; wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Wir waren 2 mal im Royal Mirage in Agadir. Beim ersten Mal war die Toilettenbrille gebrochen - auf unseren Hinweis hi wurde diese sofoert durch eine intakte ersetzt. Beim 2. Mal waren wir 2 Nächte dort. Wieder fanden wir beim Einzug die Toilettenbrille gebrochen vor. Dieses Mal wurde trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nichts unternommen. Die gebrochene Brille tat weh.
Die doch sehr vergrauten Handtücher sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.
