Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé et les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle vue. Le petit déjeuner était super avec pas mal de choix

Cons:

Les chambres sont mal isolé donc c’est un peu bruyant mais cela ne dérange pas tant ! Et le personnel n’est pas venu tous les jours faire la chambre mais elles était très gentille et agréable.

Et l’amabilité du gardien d’hôtel

Cons:

Le déjeuner est lamentable pour un étoile 4 étoiles je ne recommande absolument pas
Manque d’hygiène dans l’hôtel équipement vieillot
Présence de cafards dans la chambre
La porte du balcon avait un défaut claquement toute la nuit c’était insupportable !

Le personnel de la réception manque de formation client. Ils ont l’air débordé et ne communique pas entre les équipes de jours et de nuit. Ce qui nous oblige à répéter nos demandes plusieurs fois et à être dérangé et stressé par la compréhension de nos demandes. Le personnel de la réception s’adresse de manière familière à sa clientèle ce qui donne une impression d’irrespect.
