Very very noisy and rude guests checked in and were shouting and disruptive at early hours. They did not quieten down & continued to be noisy.

L'habitació no estava gaire neta i el lavabo el vam trobar ple de formigues. La cuina compartida era antiga i molt bruta, no és la que apareix a les fotos.
L'hotel queda bastant lluny de Colombo i a vegades es complicat trobar taxis per arribar-hi.
Place is situage in the suburbs of Colombo but in a totally different hilly area with trees.. Nice and calm environment.. Rooms are also nice and worthy

The host lady was beautiful and kind she helped us a lot and was very considerate of our situation also moved us to a bigger room and was always there to provide anything we needed
I attempted to contact the property owner at 9:30 PM to inform her of my arrival, but received no response via phone or WhatsApp until 10:00 PM. When she finally replied, I was informed that there was no room available and was told to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I faced significant difficulties finding a suitable place to stay that night, which caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
We had pre-booked this property expecting a smooth and welcoming check-in. However, upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed to find that no one was there to receive us. We tried calling multiple times, knocked on the door several times — but received no response whatsoever.
After waiting for quite a while with no assistance or communication, we had no choice but to leave. It was frustrating and completely unprofessional. This experience ruined part of our trip and left us scrambling for alternative accommodation.
Would not recommend unless the management seriously improves their responsiveness and reliability.
