Trinco Beach Resort

Le ménage n’a pas était fait à l’avance , l’odeurs dans la chambre était infecte , la literie n’était pas bonne on as super mal dormi , on as eu aussi une coupure d’eau pendant 1h le soir , le service ne change pas les draps tout était taché , on as fait un séjour de 4 nuit et à aucun moment on nous a vider notre poubelles ou remis de l’eau dans notre chambre. Le lieux et laisser à l’abandon , proche d’une plage mais aucun commerce autour , je ne vous conseil pas d’y séjourner , cette hôtel devrais fermer , d’ailleurs dans le hall d’entrée il y avais de vielle télé stocké , puis la télé dans notre chambre ne marcher pas , il manquer des piles dans la télécommandes. Ne pas y venir.

Wash room

We booked 2 rooms for 9 nights with a balcony, but ended up staying in a room without a balcony on the 1st floor for 3 days. Then we were moved to rooms on the 2nd floor, but one of the rooms had no hot water, as a result, people from this room were forced to move at 1 a.m. to another room, where there was hot water, but there was no balcony again, the hotel staff were unable to provide the stated room after 3 days!
We paid the full cost of the rooms for 9 nights, but did not receive what was stated in the reservation, the staff refused to resolve all the stated problems on the spot or refund the money. Also, the photo of the building does not match the photo on the Internet, there are problems with wi-fi, rust on the plumbing, insects are smeared on the walls, problems with the general cleanliness of the rooms and bed linen. In the evening, you may not find any of the hotel staff, and in case of any problem (lack of hot water, presence of lizards and geckos in the room), you will solve it yourself or try to find/call the staff for a long time and tediously.
There is no pool in the hotel, you have to walk to the beach through the houses of locals with a bunch of dogs, and the beach itself is very dirty.
The staff (some of them, by the way, barely speak English) refuse to give the owner's contact information and "allow" you to communicate with him by text (i.e. there is no guarantee that this is the boss, and not a random person).
If you decide to stay here out of desperation, then under no circumstances pay them money before leaving the hotel - they will not return it, and everyday problems can take days to solve!
