We booked 2 rooms for 9 nights with a balcony, but ended up staying in a room without a balcony on the 1st floor for 3 days. Then we were moved to rooms on the 2nd floor, but one of the rooms had no hot water, as a result, people from this room were forced to move at 1 a.m. to another room, where there was hot water, but there was no balcony again, the hotel staff were unable to provide the stated room after 3 days!
We paid the full cost of the rooms for 9 nights, but did not receive what was stated in the reservation, the staff refused to resolve all the stated problems on the spot or refund the money. Also, the photo of the building does not match the photo on the Internet, there are problems with wi-fi, rust on the plumbing, insects are smeared on the walls, problems with the general cleanliness of the rooms and bed linen. In the evening, you may not find any of the hotel staff, and in case of any problem (lack of hot water, presence of lizards and geckos in the room), you will solve it yourself or try to find/call the staff for a long time and tediously.
There is no pool in the hotel, you have to walk to the beach through the houses of locals with a bunch of dogs, and the beach itself is very dirty.
The staff (some of them, by the way, barely speak English) refuse to give the owner's contact information and "allow" you to communicate with him by text (i.e. there is no guarantee that this is the boss, and not a random person).
If you decide to stay here out of desperation, then under no circumstances pay them money before leaving the hotel - they will not return it, and everyday problems can take days to solve!

Veel geld voor weinig. Geen faciliteiten zoals ontbijt en fatsoenlijke buitenruimte, geen zwembad (op de dag van aankomst bericht dat er geen zwembad is en dat tv het niet doet), wifi is erg matig, het is gehorig (vanochtend 6.30 stond een groep bij de ingang te praten).

Op booking alleen foto’s van slaapkamers geeft te denken. Zie ook eerdere reviews van augustus.

Je mag GEEN zwembad gebruiken van andere hotel, zoals wel te zien op de foto's.
Personeel snapt niks, wil ook niet mee werken.
Smerige badkamer, geeft dit aan en personeel zegt dat het schoon is. Wordt uiteindelijk niks mee gedaan.
Achterstandswijk redelijk ver van alle te bezoeken plekjes.

Very very important, the hotel that is displayed and sold on booking.com is not the hotel you get.
The hotel they're selling is a previous property by the owner that now belongs to the bank ( or third party ).
The property you get when booking is a small hostel under construction where only ground and frist floor is only done enough to have a few rooms operating.
All the reviews and ratings are from guests having the previous prpoerty experience - NOT THIS ONE.
It's seriously cheating with reviews as it's from a completly different property,
There are none of the facilities mentioned. No Gym.
Rooms do not have balcony, fridge, TV ( not working ).
Only one young boy assistant is working there to clean and look after the place.
No safety. When he goes out at evening time for several hours for dinner or see his family, no one is there and the main door is open for anyone to enter from the streets.
The location is not good as it's tucked in the back of a dark alley ( no evening lights ) where the local sit around and smoke ganja and drinks beers on the street. When we came back from the beach my daughter was super scared to walk the back alley to the hostel, and once back there was never anyone there to look after the place.

This hostel is properly a 1,5 star hostel or out of category and should be valued around maybe USD15/night.
