Pros:

The staff is very nice and very eager to help with whatever is necessary. They arranged us a breakfast in a box early on our last day so we could take it for the safari trip.

Cons:

Not an issue with the hotel itself but it is very noisy in the area around - not only traffic but also party and clubs at night - and sound isolation is almost non existent.
Although a decent enough place to get some rest and good food in Arusha, it is quite expensive for what it is

Gute Lage zum Zentrum, Zimmer war sauber wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, guter Ausblick

Cons:

Frühstück mehr als sparsam, nur Instant Kaffee, kaum Auswahl
Flughafentransfer im vergleich zu lokalen Preisen eine Frechheit und wir wurden erstmal zu einem riesigen Souvenirladen gebracht statt ins Hotel

Difficile dire cosa mi sia piaciuto, visto quello che non mi è piaciuto

La totale mancanza di acqua calda. Inaccettabile per un quattro stelle con i prezzo di un qualsiasi hotel europeo. Prima usciva gelata, poi dopo aver chiamato la reception mi è stato detto che sarebbe stata garantita dalle 16. Ho aspetto che si facessero le 19 per fare finalmente una doccia calda. Ma niente, nemmeno dopo un minuto l’acqua non usciva nemmeno piu. Avevo prenotato un’altra notte ma ho cancellato immediatamente.

Amazing customer service - thank you Khalfan!
Pros:

The staff were amazing, particularly Khalfan, who went above and beyond, to return a left item to me. Thank you so much Khalfan! The location was perfect for an early bus, the rooms are clean and spacious and the food was delicious. I will definitely return when I am next in Arusha!

Cons:

There was a little bit of street noise but it’s not too bad and offset by being in such. Great location.

Ensure the bathrooms have hot water Arusha is very cold!. Upgrade your televisions to smart ones!!

The food is great & the rooms are clean and the room are spacious l,the staff are amazing 👍

Cons:

1.Taking bath with very cold water early in the morning,Hot bath water is not guaranteed!
2.The Televisions in the room are still Analog! In this era,I suggest they install smart televisions so that one is able to be entertained well

Typisches Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist mitten in Arusha. Wir durften sogar bis 12.00 Uhr am Abreisetag die Zimmer behalten.

Cons:

Es war ein bißchen laut durch die Straße und das Gewusel rundherum.
