There was a foul smell in the room (like a dead rodent) We asked for a change of room , they denied having a spare room. We asked for a refund, that , too was declined. We were compelled to sleep in a smelling room. On checking booking.com to see if there were other rooms available, indeed there were. We even anonymously send a message to the WhatsApp contact of the hotel to ascertain if there was a room available. The handler replied yes. This property prioritise their revenue over customer's health and safety
