Миленький отельчик, явно семейный. Главное был лифт. Мальчик на ресепшене помог поднять чемоданы. Сняли номер с видом на море, думала будет балкон, а оказалась огромная терраса, это просто супер! И самое главное нас заселили в 8утра вместо 14:00, за это особенный респект. Персонал очень вежливый и пытается помочь во всем. Трансфер до аэропорта заказали у них, приехала большая комфортная машина во время. Спасибо большое, в следующий раз выбрала бы этот отель.

Cons:

Полотенца уже старенькие с пятнами. Тапочек и халатов нет.

J’ai fait exactement 60 minutes dans cet établissement ! !!!

Je n’ai rien aimé du tout, peut-être le réceptionniste ! Accueillant il nous a fait visiter plusieurs chambres malgré le chaos de l’hôtel, j ai pris finalement celle qui mettait dû en sachant pertinemment que je partirai dans les minutes qui suivait, il était hors de question que je passe une nuit là-bas, ne serait-ce que pour mon hygiène et ma sécurité une horreur!!! je ne recommanderais pas du tout cet établissement à mon entourage surtout que j’ai passé la nuit au GLK, qui est un hôtel, magnifique, propre moderne, entretenu et Lena, hôtel apprend 160 € la nuit, alors que celui-ci qui est juste incroyable en comparaison, me prend 100 dix euros, c’est une grosse arnaque, ce sont des que c’est une grosse arnaque, et il est mon devoir de prévenir les utilisateurs de Booking mon seul regret de ne pas avoir pris de photos

La chambre réservée était censée inclure un petit jardin agréable, tel que présenté sur les photos : deux chaises, une petite table et de la verdure bien entretenue. En réalité, j'ai trouvé un espace totalement négligé, avec quatre chaises délabrées, une poignée de porte cassée, un nid de mouches ou de guêpes dans les buissons, des balais et des poubelles à l'extérieur — une vraie déchèterie, sans aucun charme.
Concernant la chambre elle-même, l'état était tout aussi préoccupant :
Des morceaux de mousse (foam) étaient
utilisés pour boucher les trous autour des portes.
J'ai aperçu des puces sous le lit.
• Le mobilier était mal entretenu, le sol
collant, et aucun tapis.
Aucun cache sur les interrupteurs, ce qui
représente un réel danger, surtout avec de jeunes enfants.
J'ai visité deux chambres différentes, et
les deux étaient dans un état inacceptable.
Ce séjour concernait ma famille : mon époux, moi-même, et nos deux enfants en bas âge (6 et 9 ans). Face à ces conditions insalubres et dangereuses, nous avons été contraints d'annuler la réservation immédiatement et de chercher en urgence un autre hôtel pour nous loger.
Malgré cela, la nuit nous a été facturée, ce que je trouve injustifié au vu de la situation. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de prendre des photos, car notre priorité était de trouver un endroit sûr et décent pour loger notre famille.
Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir enquêter sur cette annonce et espère un geste commercial ou un remboursement partiel pour cette mauvaise expérience. Je reste disponible pour fournir tout complément d'information si nécessaire.
