Disappointing
Pros:

Location, convenientely close to the Gwangju rail station. But be careful, this is not the station used for the KTX

Cons:

Hygiene and cleanliness are really bad. Many bugs crawling in one of the rooms, elevator carpet dirty and smelling bad. This is made worse because some rooms have no windows. While the hotel describes itself as a business hotel, the staff has a hard time with foreigners. I asked in Korean if there were restaurants nearby, the person at the desk did not even listen and responded with an automatic "no English".

And then there is the bad taste: a replica of the statue of liberty on top of the building.

we lived close to family so it was the perfect place
Cons:

cleaning could be better dust under the bed and an old bottle etc.
