Pros:

L'ambiance et la grandeur de l'appartement très sympa. La communication avec l 'hôte est très facile pour une entrée en toute autonomie.

Mejor que en las fotos!
Pros:

No está en todo el meollo sin embargo, la habitación era muy amplia, limpia y bonita. De lo mejor de Hanoi. Lo recomiendo al 100%. La dueña un encanto y muy servicial. Habla inglés y nos pudo ayudar con todo lo que necesitábamos.

Confort, services et emplacement au top
Pros:

Tout ! : grandeur de l’appartement, confort du lit, belle douche, service au top (possibilité de gardiennage de bagages, arrivée tardive grâce au code d’entrée ), emplacement super centré(à 2 pas de l’Opera), resto et cafés à côté.

Confort, services et super emplacement !
Pros:

L’espace dans la chambre ! Le coin salon, le coin cuisine, la salle de bain grande et nikel! Très bon emplacement du Homestay dans le vieux quartier, on peut aller se promener à pied au lac Hoan Kiem, très reposant et très beau.. et avec plein de commerces autour. Excellent service proposé par le Homestay (laverie, bien pratique quand on a des vêtements sales à laver entre 2 excursions..). La personne qui gère le Homestay est très agréable et arrangeante.

Rien, j’ai tout aimé !

Pros:

C’était juste incroyable, on ne remerciera jamais assez Chou qui était gentille, aidante, prévenante et tellement adorable !! Elle nous a aidé à mainte reprise et a rendu notre séjour incroyable
Vraiment on recommande les yeux fermés c’était juste parfait

L’appartement est propre, très fonctionnel et sécurisé ! Tout est parfait de l’emplacement à l’installation et surtout grâce a chou, son cousin et sa grand mère

Pros:

I really liked how helpfull they were during our whole stay. They made both the check in and checkout really easy, which made our vacation really smooth. They even let us have their baggage at their place for 2 days.

Cons:

I would like the lobby to have more AC, but that is just a small complaint, because you are just passing by this area anyways, so not really much else to nitpick on.

The place is exactly as the pictures. Location is great and the host is absolutely adorable. The check in was smooth as well as the check out

Cons:

I couldn’t figure out the airco but Im sure if I had asked the host would have helped me out. I only stayed for one night therefore didn’t mind.

Outside the property is reconstruction and they start work at 7am with terrible perforation noise. Wasn’t possible to sleep

Charming quiet studio well located in French district
Pros:

This tidy studio apartment is located in a pleasant little off-street courtyard, close to everything in the French District - excellent eating at Luk Lak a block away and easy to get transport. The apartment is spacious and well accommodated and the host is helpful and responsive. A quiet retreat from Hanoi bustle. Good value for money at just $60 AUD a weekend night.

Amazing place to stay
Pros:

The place is great and has everything needed. The communication with Chau was great and her grandmother on site is very nice. It's close to the old quarter but much quieter versus the places right on the busy streets which was greatly appreciated. I definately recommend it to everyone going to Hanoi.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say at all.

Beautiful studio apartment, great location
Pros:

The room was gorgeous! Even nicer and bigger than the pictures. It’s literally a small studio apartment (bigger than where I live at home haha). We checked in late and check out early so didn’t really get to interact with the staff, but they were super responsive, flexible and accommodating! Also loved the location, right next to old quarter but not directly on the main road, so it was super quiet!

Cons:

Nothing, it was so pretty!
