Zentrale Lage, bringt aber nichts, da es ein unseriöses heruntergekommenes Hotel ist!

Cons:

Ich brauche Hilfe von Booking.com damit ich den halben Preis zurückbekomme!!!
Kein Warmwasser, Keine Abhilfe und Elektriker wie Heizungsmonteur bestellt
Kein WiFi
Handwerker öffnet in meiner Abwesenheit mein Zimmer, geht in andere Zimmer und lässt due Türe zu meinem Zimmer auf!
Total heruntergekommenes Hotel!
Straßenverkehr mit voller Lautpegel in meinem Zimmer!
Nachtporteur unverschämt!
Manager ist ein Lügner und unseriös! Verspricht ein persönliches Gespräch und kommt nicht!

Location close to old down town

Cons:

No hot water. Very run down/broken furniture and room. Will need some refurbishment to make it better, especially on the bathroom. Staff was sleeping on early morning check out

Hôtel propre, très confortable, super bien placé pour pouvoir aller au centre à pieds et même à la gare de autobus! Personnel présent 24h/24, un vrai plus.

OK for a couple of nights and if only using it to sleep (no amenities to speak of).
Pros:

Well located. In downtown area, however, not as close to noisy streets as other hotels. Barely heard any noise during the night (also, well isolated from other guests' rooms).

Cons:

There was no hot water during my whole stay. Staff was really friendly and repeatedly reported it, but it was only partially resolved on the last night. I was not provided with hand soap either.

A dir poco terribile.
Cons:

La camera non aveva finestre, l’aria era viziata e c’era puzza, macchie di muffa su tutte le pareti, il Water non scaricava bene, ma soprattutto siamo stati per ben tre giorni senza acqua calda. Nonostante le numerose richieste, inclusa quella di cambiare stanza, non c’è stato nulla da fare, continuavano a dirci che i tecnici erano venuti e che l’acqua calda doveva esserci, in realtà non è mai arrivata.

Las habitaciones, la falta de atención al huésped y la falta de limpieza en las habitaciones, tuve que pedir una escoba para limpiar las telarañas que había en el techo de la habitación
