L’Hotel è molto centrale e le persone alla reception sono veramente gentili e disponibili. È un posto perfetto per una notte in centro.
Non c’è qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto se non la mancanza di una finestra nella stanza. Tuttavia, per una notte non è stato male. La stanza era comunque dotata di ventilatore.

Great location 30 meters from st Joseph’s Cathedral . Staff is kind and helpful
The never change your sheets or give a proper room cleaning. They do change the towels everyday. Some of the mattresses are good and some are cheap foam. Every room is different. There is a hotel being built right next door so expect a lot of construction noise until 6pm for the next several months.
The sink was clogged which really put us off and ruined our stay experience. However the staff was pretty helpful and said that they will look into it and also apologized for it.
Bathroom sink was clogged and they didn’t clean it even after we requested for it. We had to brush and wash our hands in the shower.
Nice location
There is no hair dryer, next to the construction site, construction starts at 7:00 every morning.
The location is very convenient for visiting famous landmarks in Hanoi

Although I booked the room at the last minute, the reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the cathedral and Hoàn Kiếm Lake. My room did not have a window, but it stayed pleasantly cool and featured a charming classic style.
On the downside, some furnishings and facilities, such as the wardrobe and chairs, are rather old and could be replaced. Nevertheless, considering the price, the hotel offers good value for money.
