الموقع والمخبوزات في الفطور.. فقط

الجناح.. والحمام بالذات نجمتين مو أكثر ابدا .. الفطور ما يستحق 150 ريال ابدا .. كله بسبب الجلسة الهوائية والمعسلات وغيرها هي اللي تخليهك يرفعوا السعر .. ما يستاهل القيمة أبدا وانا دفعت 890 ريال .. بصراحة حقهم 350 ريال فقط

الغرف غير نظيفة لم يتم كنسها وكذلك دورة المياة متسخة ومن الواضح أنة يوجد عفن ورطوبة شديدة في الغرفة ،وهناك نقطة اود التنبية عليها حول البوفية المفتوح يتم تشغيل الموسيقى مع الأذان عند الإفطار الرمضاني وهذا غير مقبول،وكذلك لبس الطاقم النسائي يخالف الذوق العام للأسف

Room service لا يوجد استجابه
او تكون استجابه بطيئه خصوصا بشهر رمضان وقت الطلب وقت السحور مثل الماء وغيره ويكون في تاخر بالرد

لم يتم ادخالي الى الغرفه الا الساعه 6 مساء علما باني متواجد من الساعه 3
لا يوجد الا موظف استقبال واحد فقط !!!
لم يتم ادخالي للافطار وانا صايم الا بعد ساعه من الاذان وذالك لانهم اوقفوني للتاكد من صحة حجزي
علما بان معي والدتي وعمرها فوق 70 عام فقد تعبت كثيييرا منهم ومن تعاملهم
