قلة النظافة ووجود حشرات صغيرة طائرة في الصاله ودورات المياه والغرف وجبة الإفطار غير متنوعه ووجود الشيش وقت الإفطار مزعج جداً للنزلاء الفندق مع انه افتتح قريباً ولكن مستهلك جداا وقنوات التلفزيون غير متنوعه
