Cons:

1. Meu quarto não era o da imagem disponível no momento da reserva. Me colocaram em um quarto com todas características de ser um local improvisado. Super apertado pois colocaram três camas no local.
2. Como o quarto não tinha mesa, solicitei na recepção se seria possível me trocar de quarto, como não havia outro quarto disponível, colocaram uma mesa improvisada no quarto (que já estava apertado). Só colocar a mesa foi necessário alterar o frigobar de lugar. Descobri à noite que no novo local o frigobar não ligava, pois existe apenas um ponto de energia 220V no quarto. Para funcionar o frigobar tive que alterar a mesa de local e colocar o frigobar no local original.
3. À noite, ligaram uma espécie de mini-cinema logo ao lado do quarto, sendo que a parede de fundo do cinema possuí uma porta que sai dentro do quarto (além da chave, colocaram um mini guarda-roupa logo à frente da porta), mas o ruído no quarto era insuportável. Por volta das 22hrs tive que reclamar. Abaixaram um pouco o volume e seguiram com o cinema funcionando.
4. O café da manhã é descrito como de 06 às 09hrs. Fui tomar café por volta de 07h40min, sendo que praticamente não havia quase nada disponível. Levei alguns itens pessoais para poder tomar café e por volta de 08hrs (mesmo comigo no local), retiraram o resto dos itens da mesa e recolheram.
5. Não emitiram a NFe até que eu insistisse por 4 dias.
