Cons:

Were bad hotel, I regret to stay at this hotel. It is actually a scam. I travelled for business and had to stay there. Hotel was not clean, they do not have proper heating system, only using AC heating and ac unit cleanless is obviously never done. bathroom was not clean and it was molded already.
staff were not helpfull and actually they are out off clue how to run a hospitality unit. I asked for invoce, as I need to submit it to my compnay, and after half an hour verbal fight I was handed over with a fake paper which does not even show the actual price I paid.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and safe and the breakfast was very good. The decor in the lobby is something different!
The location was good for me as I was catching an early morning bus and the hotel was right next to the bus station, which is why I booked it. I wouldn't choose the area otherwise. I would stay again if I was catching a long- distance bus.

Cons:

The carpets need replacing but they give free slippers!
The room was a bit dark for reading

Fijn dat het hotel naast de bushalte is.

Cons:

Enorm veel lawaai snachts, de airco kon niet lager dan 27 graden en het was er super warm. Ik zette mijn raam om die reden open maar er was zoveel lawaai dat ik amper kon slapen, om half 7 in de ochtend begon het geluid van de moskee, de speakers van dat geluid zaten naast mijn kamer, zo onwijs luidtuchtig.

Situation idéale pour un départ ou une arrivée à la gare routière, avec un bus direct (302) pour le centre ville et un autre (204) pour l'aéroport. Chambre vaste, calme et confortable, petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Manque d'insonorisation (on entend la douche et le réveil du voisin).

The staff couldn't set up Wi-Fi on an iPhone. The room had a strange smell. There were crumbs in the bed. At the check out, the staff wouldn't give us an receipt for the stay. They explained that this wasn't possible because the hotel had to pay a commission to Booking.com, which caused the difference in the amount. I travel a lot for work and usually book through booking.com, but this has never happened to me in any hotel. This smells like fraud that someone doesn't want to pay their taxes.

Pros:

Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber lediglich optische Mangel sind.
Die Lage am Busbahnhof ist optimal für die Weiterreise, als Urlaubshotel für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Izmir würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
Dennoch grundsätzlich ein sehr gutes Hotel!

Хорошая гостиница. Расположена на окраине города на автобусном вокзале. В этом есть свои плюсы и минусы. Есть большая бесплатная парковка. Главное разобраться как туда заехать. Персонал на ресепшн говорит на английском и весьма обходительный.

Cons:

Завтрак есть, но очень скромный.

Pros:

Wenn man am nächsten Tag mit dem Bus weiter muss, kann man nicht idealer buchen. Es gibt eine direkte Busverbindung vom Flughafen zum Busbahnhof, super günstig.

Cons:

Die Lage ist geprägt vom Busbahnhof, der riesig ist. Wenn man abends noch etwas essen möchte, muss es entweder dort tun oder ca 15 Minuten laufen, man sollte sich dabei an belebte Straßen halten.

Pros:

オトガルからすぐだったので、長距離バス利用にはとても便利でした。チェックアウト後観光に出かける際、荷物を快く預かってくれました。また、長距離バスの出発が真夜中だったのですが、ロビーで待たせてくれ、チャイを出してくれるなど、ありがたかったです。
朝食、とても美味しかっです！
