Very good
Pros:

Right on the spot, perfect for beginner. Duotone center is very well equiped with friendly and useful staff, affordable.

The food is very good, it changes every day with a lot of choice. The breakfast with fresh juice is particularly tasty.

Cons:

Curtains in the room are very hard to close/open, it could be improved. Wifi in the room was barely working but not really a problem as it works well in the common areas.

Tolle Lage, aber Verbesserungsbedarf im Detail
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Lagune mit großem Kite-Surf-Center ist ideal. Die Anlage mit vielen kleinen Bungalows bietet viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre und ist sehr schön sowie äußerst gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind hell, geräumig und sehr sauber, mit täglicher gründlicher Reinigung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch der Strandbereich mit Bar und ausreichend Sonnenliegen ist sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv sind zudem der große Yoga-Raum, der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum sowie das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Cons:

Teilweise war das Personal unaufmerksam, vereinzelt auch ruppig oder unfreundlich. An manchen Tagen wirkten der Restaurantbereich sowie Fitness- und Yogaraum ungepflegt, mit Sand, nicht aufgeräumten Tischen oder chaotisch gestellten Stühlen. Problematisch war zudem die Wasserversorgung: Das kostenlose Wasser war stark gechlort und für mich nicht trinkbar, wodurch man auf sehr teures Flaschenwasser angewiesen war.

Der Spa-Bereich hat mich enttäuscht: Eine gebuchte Gesichtsmassage war eher eine Pflege, die Massageräume waren sehr kalt und die Qualität der Massage entsprach nicht dem hohen Preis. Generell sind Getränke und Zusatzleistungen recht teuer, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier nicht immer. Das Essen war insgesamt gut, teilweise jedoch etwas einseitig. Ungewohnt war außerdem, dass das Personal gleichzeitig mit den Gästen im Restaurant gegessen hat.
