Pros:

Hotel was perfect, staff is really nice and polite, wanting to help you all the time. Room was really clean, in it there was all you need. Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Fortwill City Hotel in Galle. The beds were extremely comfortable and ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The location is slightly inland, but getting around is easy and inexpensive with a quick tuk-tuk ride. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Galle and would happily stay here again.

Pros:

De kamer was erg netjes en het hotel is pas nieuw. De medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een parkeergarage onder het hotel, dit was voor ons erg fijn omdat we een tuktuk huurde. Ik zou het zeker aanraden!

It was a great stay
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fort will.Super new and modern accommodation with Very nice staff with a welcoming vibe.The room was modernly furnished and everything is very clean, bed & pillows were comfortable. Hotel with quick access to the Galle Fort by tuk-tuk within two minutes. Nice stay and great potential resort. Hope to be back one day.

We enjoyed the confort of the rooms.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la propreté, le confort et la praticité des chambres. Les personnes à l’accueil sont adorables, nous y allions pour l’anniversaire d’un ami et nous avons été accueilli avec un gâteau ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.
