Airport transfers from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) to the hotel with an air-conditioned car at a fee of USD 35.00 per way. The transfer includes amenities such as cold towels, drinking water, soft drinks, and beer. Guests are asked to please provide their arrival details in the Siem Reap region in advance through the Special Requests box.
Restaurant: Open from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
Bar: Open from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
Mermaid Swimming Pool: Open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

お部屋も素敵でしたし、スタッフの方々も皆さんとても優しかったです。
ウェルカムドリンクサービスのドリンクとお菓子が美味しく、1回分ついていたランチもコース仕立てでとても良かったです。
2日目の早朝にアンコールワットを観に行く旨を伝えたら、朝ごはんのお弁当を用意してくださいました。（パンと果物と飲み物が選べるものでした）
15分の無料フットマッサージも着いていて、歩き疲れた足を癒してくれました。
次回またシェムリアップに来る時があれば、是非また泊まりたいと思います。
そう思わずにはいられない素晴らしいホテルでした。

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the room was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and included nice toiletries and even a sugar scrub which was great to use after a long day visiting temples! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel even provided a packed breakfast for early temple days. The food in the restaurant was excellent as were the happy hour cocktails! The hotel helped arrange a Tuk Tuk for me for temple tours - very comfortable with a wonderful driver.

My second time staying in this hotel. The staff and service are wonderful. The hotel has a super location but just far enough from the town to not be affected by the city noise.
Beds are comfortable and cleaning staff were thorough.
We were permitted to swim in the pool most night until 10pm which is a wonderful experience in the heat. I’ve been to Siem Reap several times but this hotel is fabulous value.

Very nice hotel at an excellent location, kind and attentive staff and great breakfast. They provided a 15 USD voucher for a massage and a free delicious meal at their restaurant.

Fabulously designed boutique hotel with friendly staff. Location was good, swimmingpool very nice with temperatures reaching 40 degrees C. Good breakfast with asian & western options.
The hotel was providing a paid drive to the airport I asked for a checkout extension to 3pm and was told that I would be charged extra despite having stayed for 6 nights.
Good location within easy Tuktuk reach of temples. Friendly staff and good restaurant.
