Airport transfers from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) to the hotel with an air-conditioned car at a fee of USD 35.00 per way. The transfer includes amenities such as cold towels, drinking water, soft drinks, and beer. This hotel is simply amazing. Where do I begin? The staff is extremely attentive and so kind. The food is delicious and the choice of both traditional khmer dishes and western cuisine is very large. We loved the cocktails too. The decor of the rooms and the hotel in general is absolutely beautiful and the pool is so refreshing after a hot day out. The hotel is very well located within walking distance to downtown Siem Reap but still very quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.
Il faut prendre le paquet de visite qui coûte environ 600 $ avec un chauffeur pour 2 jours , et un Guide c’est beaucoup trop cher, mais ça ne sert à rien, on peut le faire soi-même avec un Taxi

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was in walking distance to the downtown area. The room was large, clean, and comfortable.

A class above other hotels everything was easy and comfortable. Staff could not do more to help . The restaurant and rooftop bar were excellent. Great chill out pool.

Amélioré le petit déjeuner qui mérite des produits du jour et non du pain de la veille certain plats chauds on dirait du réchauffé. Et améliorer les chambres twins qui ont une vue sur un mur c est dommage et surtout mettre des portes serviettes dans les salles de bains cela manque on ne sait pas où pendre les serviettes pour sécher. Sinon ça va en général hotel peut être un peu vieillissant. C’est deuxième fois que je réserve en deux ans je ressent une baisse en qualité des installations mais super accueil du staff
Though the hotel is beautiful and clean, it’s the people that really make this hotel special. Alice in particular went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable. Sam at the restaurant was extremely attentive and our driver Moni kept us cool and comfortable with water, beer, and cold towels wherever we went. I would absolutely stay here again.
Sehr schöne Anlage, viel grün und optimal gelegen. Das Zentrum erreicht man in max. 5 Gehminuten, der Bus zum Flughafen fährt gut 100m vom Hotel entfernt ab. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der schöne Pool perfekt zum erholen, einige Liegen sind überdacht, so dass man auch bei Regen liegen kann. Die Massage ist super.
