Hotel meraviglioso!! A due passi dal centro, lo staff è veramente fantastico! Sono tutti ragazzi giovani , sempre sorridenti e sempre disponibili. Abbiamo trascorso qui 4 notti ed è stato sufficiente per visitare Siem riep e i dintorni. Camera grande e pulita, una bella doccia con tutto il kit doccia (shampoo, corpo ma anche scrub corpo) a disposizione. Abbiamo provato anche il loro ristorante ed è molto buono e di qualità. Anche la colazione è abbondante, c'è scelta sia dolce che salata e lo chef che prepara sul momento. C'è la possibilità anche del servizio lavanderia direttamente in hotel. Li ringrazio davvero molto perché ci hanno permesso anche dopo il checkout di usufruire della piscina e di una camera per farci una doccia veloce! Voglio ringraziare in particolare il ragazzo alla reception Kaoim, che ci ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine del nostro viaggio.

Praticamente perfetto! Il migliore hotel di tutta la vacanza. Complimenti allo staff eccellente per l’accoglienza meravigliosa e per la gentilezza infinita. Bravi! Se volete le camere migliori chiedetene una con vista piscina.

I have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels but never experienced one where every single member of the team was genuinely kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make my stay memorable. That level of hospitality is incredibly rare, and it's what truly sets this hotel apart. My airport pickup was delayed, which was stressful as I was traveling alone. Thankfully, the airport Wi-Fi worked outside, and I contacted Alice (an angel) on WhatsApp. She reassured me that my driver was at the airport and stayed in touch until I was safely on my way. Her kindness and professionalism instantly put me at ease. When I arrived, Cici welcomed me with a seamless check-in experience. She explained everything clearly, sincerely apologized for the delayed pickup even though it wasn't her fault, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. My room overlooked the pool and was absolutely beautiful. The personalized "Welcome Home" message was such a thoughtful touch and made my stay feel extra special. Rot greeted me with a genuine smile in the dining area. He and the entire restaurant team were attentive, friendly, and always made sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made every meal enjoyable. I treated myself to a hot stone massage at the spa; it was incredible. The therapist Ms. Tith was exceptionally skilled, and it was so relaxing. It's the little things that made a big difference. The hotel provided plenty of complimentary drinking water, so I never had to worry about buying bottled water every day. There were always extra towels in the room, tamarind scrub; mosquito spray available if needed, and when I had an early tour departure, they prepared a takeaway breakfast—including a cup of coffee. These small gestures showed how much the team genuinely cares about their guests'.

If you ask us what makes a hotel truly world-class, the answer is surprisingly simple: it is not designer furniture, Michelin stars or perfectly folded towels. It is people.

We stayed here for 15 days as a family of four with two younger teenagers. Without hesitation, this has been one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had.

Only a few days after booking, Alice contacted us. She invested time in getting to know us.
She didn't simply plan our holiday. She designed it around us.
Some of the experiences she recommended were things we would never have chosen ourselves, yet they became some of the highlights of our trip.

Our advice to future guests is simple: Trust Alice.
Tell her who you are, and let her surprise you. You will almost certainly experience things you would never have discovered on your own.

This hotel does not try to impress through minimalistic architecture, designer brands or fashionable interiors. Instead, everything feels warm, inviting and full of character. It has been chosen because it is comfortable, practical and creates a feeling of home. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. The chairs invite you to sit and stay awhile.

The true luxury is the staff. A five-star service rating hardly does them justice.

The hotel carefully built continuity into every relationship. By allowing relationships to develop instead of constantly introducing new faces, the hotel creates something increasingly rare in luxury hospitality: familiarity.
We had the same driver for our excursions. The same guide accompanied us throughout our adventures. The same waiter quickly learned our preferences at breakfast.

When people ask why this hotel consistently ranks among the very best in the world for service, we now understand.
They have realised that true luxury is not about perfection. It is about making every single guest feel genuinely seen, understood and cared for.
