Airport transfers from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) to the hotel with an air-conditioned car at a fee of USD 35.00 per way. The transfer includes amenities such as cold towels, drinking water, soft drinks, and beer. Guests are asked to please provide their arrival details in the Siem Reap region in advance through the Special Requests box.

Restaurant: Open from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

Great choice for Siem Reap
Pros:

Fabulously designed boutique hotel with friendly staff. Location was good, swimmingpool very nice with temperatures reaching 40 degrees C. Good breakfast with asian & western options.

The hotel was providing a paid drive to the airport I asked for a checkout extension to 3pm and was told that I would be charged extra despite having stayed for 6 nights.

Pros:

Ons verblijf hier was heerlijk. Mooie kamers met directe toegang tot het, best royale zwembad, maakte het helemaal bijzonder.
Al het personeel maakt het verblijf extra speciaal.
Het was onze tweede ervaring met de Golden Temple hotels in Siem Reap en zeker niet de laatste.
Nog een tip, neem hier een massage.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Location is great, staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is spotlessly clean.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't great and for us the bed to hard. But that was the worst of it so not complaining.

Fantastic facilities, location close to main town so you can walk.
Pros:

Amazing staff, Pichii organised some great personalised tours for us to visit some off the track sights around Siem Reap.
Including temples, floating village and a dinner show.

Its a very nice hotel, staff is very courteous and try to be helpful. I would come back to stay here
Pros:

Location was excellent, the property was clean, the room was comfortable, the spa was great. Staff was polite and tried to help .

Cons:

TV never worked for regular channels. It worked for Netflix, etc., which I did not want to watch. Just wanted to watch USA news, and I could not. Location was great.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits au Golden Temple et nous avons pleinement apprécié chaque instant passé. Le cadre est authentique, la propreté irréprochable, l'emplacement parfait pour se déplacer à pied et les petits déjeuners assez copieux.
Mention spéciale au personnel dans son ensemble pour son sourire et sa gentillesse. Bravo à Alice et sa super équipe de réception pour un accueil exceptionnel. Notre adresse coup de coeur à Siem Reap.

Quarto standard é melhor que os demais
Pros:

O café da manhã é espetacular. O pessoal do hotel foi muito gentil ao tentar resolver os problemas que tive durante minha estadia.

Cons:

Paguei a mais para ter conforto além do quarto standard, mas foi pior. Banheiro sem box, sem água quente, ar condicionado sem vazão e depois ainda me trocaram para um quarto minúsculo, barulhento e completamente devassado. Meus amigos que ficaram no standard tiveram todo o conforto que eu gostaria. Ou seja, não vale a pena o upgrade.

Gem of a hotel
Pros:

Central location, really comfortable bed, nice pool area, wonderful staff. They were so helpful and provided a complimentary lunch one day

Cons:

Soundproofing not great - some insensitive guests being very loud on their next door balcony late at night, not the hotels fault. We were also near the housekeeping cupboard & disturbed by noise early in the morning however reported to reception & they immediately addressed. Would request a quiet room on return as I am a light sleeper
