An absolutely terrible experience and a complete waste of money! We arrived late at night, and the young receptionist at the desk agreed that we could settle our payment the next morning. However, the next day, a completely different receptionist aggressively confronted us, accused us of avoiding payment, and outrageously demanded that we pack our bags and leave the hotel immediately! We were never provided with any contract or guidelines upon check-in. When we tried to calmly explain the agreement we had with the night staff, this person refused to listen, ignored their own internal miscommunication, and disrespectfully blamed us instead.

On top of the shockingly rude and hostile customer service, the living conditions were abysmal. We paid $98 for two nights, which is a complete scam. Honestly, this place isn't even worth $30. The room was freezing cold, and the bathroom was unbearably cramped and smelled absolutely disgusting. Between the awful stench, the freezing temperatures, and the incredibly unprofessional staff, our stay was completely ruined. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

Уже уставшая гостиница, было не очень чисто. Много лестчниц. Очень маленькие умывальники в ванной. На 1-2 ночи норм, с учётом цены.

номер достаточно маленький. И не очень продуманное расположение розеток: одна возле одной из кроватей, одна за дверью в ванную и под телевизор. Чайник приходилось включать в розетку за дверью.

The bathroom has a tiny little sink. Quite uncomfortable.

Ich habe dieses Hotel Dank den positiven Reviews hier in Booking genommen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum ich komplett andere Erfahrung hatte.

- Gestank: Es hat vom Bad immer gestunken, sogar vom Leitungswasser.

- Bezahlung: Wenn man kein Cash hat, ist alles nur kompliziert. Ich hatte Probleme bei einigen ATMs Geld zu holen, daher musste ich mit der Karte zahlen. Die Bezahlung mit der Kreditkarte war schrecklich - man kann nicht genau die Summe bezahlen, sondern Stufenweise nur möglich, spricht, am Ende schuldet man dem Hotel etwas Geld, oder das Hotel schuldet Ihnen was. Sollte das Hotel Ihnen was schulden, müssen Sie warten „bis die Kasse des Hotels offen ist“?!?

Obwohl ich erwähnt habe, dass ich um 3am. Das Hotel verlassen und zum Flughafen muss, war keiner um 3am. bei der Rezeption. Die Türen waren verschlossen. Ich müsste selber schauen, wo das Personal bleibt. Zudem versteht die Rezeption sehr schlecht Englisch. Sobald ein Problem entsteht, ist es schwierig daraus zu kommen…

Nehmt euch lieber ein Hotel, das Paar Hunderte Meter weiter liegt und vielleicht 10 Euro mehr kostet, aber dafür alles passt (eg. Grand Samarkand Premier); Ich persönlich würde nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen und auch keinen empfehlen das zu tun.

В ноябре приезжала на Самарканд марафон и специально за несколько месяцев заранее (специально приехала из КЗ и обсудила вопрос бронирования с администрацией)забронировала номер в данном отеле из-за удобного расположения со стартом мероприятия. Однако, по факту в момент прибытия, выяснилось, что мой номер был отдан другим посетителям и я оказалась без проживания в данном отеле, о чем мне сказали не сразу. Девочки на ресепшене взяли паспорт и сказали, что нужно подождать 5 минут. По факту, только через 40 минут выяснилось отсутствие свободных номеров и они ждали приезда мужчины, который должен был решить со мной этот вопрос - он предложил другой отель на краю города!!! Сказать, что я возмущена, это мало сказано.
Не рекомендую данный отель! Безответственное отношение к гостям отеля - этого достаточно, чтобы понять всё о данном отеле

The very nice girl at reception struggled a little. Couldn't pay by credit card, even though it said I could on the booking.

It's likely a personal preference, but it's as though the beds are made of concrete, which made for a few uncomfortable and sleepless nights. In addition, there was no emptying of bins or restocking of toilet roll during my stay at the hotel.

Stuff was very careless. Mostly sitting in mobile phones and ignoring who is walking there. One day was no water for few hours but still charged full price for the stay. Needed to ask for toilet paper as for 3 people for 3 nights they gave only one. Towels were not changed at all and there is no proper place to dry it
