Cons:

В ноябре приезжала на Самарканд марафон и специально за несколько месяцев заранее (специально приехала из КЗ и обсудила вопрос бронирования с администрацией)забронировала номер в данном отеле из-за удобного расположения со стартом мероприятия. Однако, по факту в момент прибытия, выяснилось, что мой номер был отдан другим посетителям и я оказалась без проживания в данном отеле, о чем мне сказали не сразу. Девочки на ресепшене взяли паспорт и сказали, что нужно подождать 5 минут. По факту, только через 40 минут выяснилось отсутствие свободных номеров и они ждали приезда мужчины, который должен был решить со мной этот вопрос - он предложил другой отель на краю города!!! Сказать, что я возмущена, это мало сказано.
Не рекомендую данный отель! Безответственное отношение к гостям отеля - этого достаточно, чтобы понять всё о данном отеле

Nice Little Hotel in a Great Location.
Pros:

Very comfortable little hotel, in a great location.

Cons:

The very nice girl at reception struggled a little. Couldn't pay by credit card, even though it said I could on the booking.

Pros:

The location can't be beaten and the reception staff very kind.

Cons:

It's likely a personal preference, but it's as though the beds are made of concrete, which made for a few uncomfortable and sleepless nights. In addition, there was no emptying of bins or restocking of toilet roll during my stay at the hotel.

Pros:

Nice location. Room was clean enough. AC worked

Cons:

Stuff was very careless. Mostly sitting in mobile phones and ignoring who is walking there. One day was no water for few hours but still charged full price for the stay. Needed to ask for toilet paper as for 3 people for 3 nights they gave only one. Towels were not changed at all and there is no proper place to dry it

Good location - not comfortable
Pros:

The location is fantastic and the hotel was clean. It was however, the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever stayed on. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Very glad we only had 1 night here.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and tried to help with anything. The room was clean and I was able to get breakfast delivered to my room. There are telecommunication companies where you can buy cell phones cheaply, cosmetics stores, restaurants, etc. near the hostel and Registan is very close for night walks.

Cons:

The bed was quite hard, the shower booth was small

most Impressive budget category hotel
Pros:

Excellent location near to Registan and many eating, drinking and shopping options. Breakfast fine, room well presented, great shower. Friendly and helpful staff, 24 hr desk useful when leaving at 3am. Top class budget category guest house.
