A acomodação é muito limpa e organizada; possui diversos itens essenciais, como sabonete líquido, xampu, condicionador, sabão em pó, máquina de lavar, mini cozinha completa, ferro e tábua de passar, secador de cabelo, sanitário aquecido, boa área molhada, diversos recursos tecnológicos, como dispositivo para absorver umidade e secar as roupas que a gente lava. A localização é muito boa, a cerca de 500 a 600 metros das estações mais próximas. Muitas lojas de conveniência e restaurantes locais ao redor. O proprietário é bastante solícito e educado. Todas as instruções são bem fornecidas.
Como é um prédio baixo, não possui elevador (eu pelo menos não achei e nem achei algo parecido com um ascensor). A água pode variar de temperatura durante o banho, frequentemente ficando muito fria no meio do serviço. Sinceramente, não sei se é algo da acomodação ou eu quem não soube usar.

浴槽にお湯を張ったのですが、前の人やその前の人が使った時の垢が残っていてザラザラしていて不快だった。
冷蔵庫の電源は入っていたが、スタートをさせないと使えていなかったが分からず、冷蔵しているつもりが全然されていなかった。。
ケトルでお湯を沸かしたが、ケトルが汚れていて味が変だった。
ドライヤーが潰れていて強風がでなくて時間がかかった。
エアコンの風向きが調整できなくて不便だった。
掛け布団が薄くて寒かった。
三階だったが階段で重いスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった。

客廳沒有暖氣，整個空間很冷。房間暖氣機有異音，半夜會被嚇醒。吹風機開關接觸不良，風力無法開到最大。
Location: centrally located where buses and train stations are easily accessible. Convenient stores (Seven Elevens and Family Mart) are within walking distance along with restaurants and small shopping centers. It is near hospitals and universities- making it a much safer neighborhood.
Facilities and accommodation: Exactly what we needed since we travelled with teenagers. Having a washer and air drying functionality available to us was helpful. All instructions were given to us weeks prior to our check-in and any inquiries were answered promptly as well.
Overall, as seasoned Airbnb users with the understanding that nothing is going to be perfect and different country means adjusting to what’s available to us, everything worked out extremely well. Our 11 days in Japan was memorable and this location is a gem.
The location was a 10 minute walk from Waseda station and Toei Oedo line, but I did not mind walking. 7-eleven close by. What most impressed me was how spacious and clean the space was! The kitchen was clean, stocked with a rice cooker, kettle, plenty of glasses, dishware, and cutlery. The bathroom was spacious including a room for the shower, room for the toilet, and a main area with the sink and washing machine. The living room area was very spacious, though it did get pretty hot as the main AC unit is only in the bedroom. The bedroom had large windows, beautiful decor, two comfortable beds and a small couch. Plenty of outlets, two in the headboards on each bed. Overall, loved our stay here! We were very comfortable, great for 4 people.
The rooms outside of the bedroom got very hot. It seems the only AC unit was in the bedroom, and it would take a while for the bedroom to cool down. The TV was not connected to cable or satellite. It was signed into what I assume is a previous guest's google account. The lamp in the room would turn different colors, which was strange. But the overhead light was good and had a dimming option. I still highly recommend this place.
Using a passcode for check-in is very convenient, since there’s no need to worry about forgetting your keys.
The room is well equipped, with a small bathtub, and many amenities are provided.
The location is also very convenient, as it is very close to Wakamatsu-Kawada Station.
