For our 1 week stay the flat was more than perfect .and the staff promptly available and efficient . We are simply looking foreward to visiting you again doring our next stay in japan .

空間很大，鍋碗配備齊全

The location was a 10 minute walk from Waseda station and Toei Oedo line, but I did not mind walking. 7-eleven close by. What most impressed me was how spacious and clean the space was! The kitchen was clean, stocked with a rice cooker, kettle, plenty of glasses, dishware, and cutlery. The bathroom was spacious including a room for the shower, room for the toilet, and a main area with the sink and washing machine. The living room area was very spacious, though it did get pretty hot as the main AC unit is only in the bedroom. The bedroom had large windows, beautiful decor, two comfortable beds and a small couch. Plenty of outlets, two in the headboards on each bed. Overall, loved our stay here! We were very comfortable, great for 4 people.

Location: centrally located where buses and train stations are easily accessible. Convenient stores (Seven Elevens and Family Mart) are within walking distance along with restaurants and small shopping centers. It is near hospitals and universities- making it a much safer neighborhood.

Facilities and accommodation: Exactly what we needed since we travelled with teenagers. Having a washer and air drying functionality available to us was helpful. All instructions were given to us weeks prior to our check-in and any inquiries were answered promptly as well.

Overall, as seasoned Airbnb users with the understanding that nothing is going to be perfect and different country means adjusting to what’s available to us, everything worked out extremely well. Our 11 days in Japan was memorable and this location is a gem.

Using a passcode for check-in is very convenient, since there’s no need to worry about forgetting your keys.
The room is well equipped, with a small bathtub, and many amenities are provided.
The location is also very convenient, as it is very close to Wakamatsu-Kawada Station.

L’emplacement et la communication avec l’hôtel / les hôtes. Nous avons disposé de tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour de 14 nuits. Le fait d’être dans un quartier très paisible malgré la proximité de grandes artères et de deux stations de métros (très pratique).

. La ubicación no está mal a unos 10-15 minutos de la estación de waseda y andando hasta shinjuku unos 20-25 minutos

Her şey mükemmeldi. Daire metro durağı ve marketlere yakındı. Tuvalet ve banyonun ayrı olması güzel bir artıydı. Daire geniş ve ferahtı.

It is really an apartment, not a box with a bed (like other places we stayed). Well looked after. Big enough for 4 people (although we were 3) and all the luggage. The host was really helpful and attentive, and answered quickly all our doubts. We're looking forward to stay there again if we ever can go back to Japan.
