Pros:

Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig. Wir haben unsere Nachbarn trotzt Ermahnung und Nachtruhe sehr laut gehört als wären sie in unserem Zimmer.

Morgens wollten wir auschecken und niemand war da. Dann waren wir zwischen zwei Türen eingeschlossen.

Une vue à couper le souffle et une literie plus que confortable
Pros:

Les lits étaient extrêmement confortable, la terrasse était parfaite, l’espace cuisine ultra moderne et le personnel extrêmement arrangeant ! Tout le monde a doré cet endroit, nous reviendrons !

El personal fue súper amable, son muy atentos y ayudan en todo lo necesario. El desayuno es genial y las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Faltaba una limpieza más profunda. El lavabo estaba un poco sucio. En la cama no estaba puesto el edredón. No pasan a limpiar la habitación de un día para otro.

Cons:

Das Hauptproblem war, dass das Bad stark nur Urin gestunken hat und es auch durch Meldung nicht behoben wurde (es kam keine Reinigungskraft). Ich vermute ein technisches Problem (Rückstau des Wasserablauf), aber nicht zumutbar, da es stark roch. Zudem befand sich das Zimmer im untersten Stockwerk ohne Fenster zur Seite oder nach hinten, so dass es wie eine Garage wirkte. Die Fotos auf der Webseite repräsentieren nicht alle Zimmer und war ich sehr enttäuscht und bin auch früher abgereist.

Pros:

Просторная комната с большой террасой, приятный тихий район. Приветливый дружелюбный персонал. До набережной 15 минут пешком, парковка рядом с отелем.
Прекрасное место, чтобы остановиться в Кушадасы, тем более с собакой.

Overall, it was a good stay, but the apartment needs to be properly maintained on an ongoing basis.
Pros:

It's a good-sized apartment at a great price. The guys running the place are very friendly and helpful. Nothing you request is too much trouble for them to organise. The swimming pool is really nice too.

Cons:

We stayed in the garden apartments, and there is a really bad trip hazard in the kitchen area. We had to place items on top of it, or we would have tripped over it all the time. The garden area was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There were also a number of items within the apartment that required routine maintenance and repair.
